I really try not to rejoyce over someone's firing, even Mark May. But I would sure be happy if Joey Galloway got the boot.

In a weird way, I miss May and Holtz on the College Gameday Final. Good tradition, and they weren't hurting anyone.

I used to like May back in the day when he was the straight man foil to ESPN's douchey Trev (Trey?) Albert (I can't remember the dude's name exaclty but he was an NFL flameout who went to Nebraska).  He was always the voice of reason compared to that dude, but then they got split up and May had to play the douchey ESPN guy role himself and I cuoldn't stand him after that.

I cant watch ESPN anymore.  Either their shows are pundits yelling over each other or they sit around acting like fools.  My WTF moment was when I watched about 30 seconds of "Come on man" bit with Chris Carter.  And dont get me started with Stephen Ahole Smith!

May's value dropped off. I used to love their faux court battles where, inevitably, Rece would rule in favor of May and Holtz would pitch a fit. They must've set that whole bit up just to troll Dr. Lou. 'Twas glorious.
