I'm a big fan of the maize pants for away games. Also really like the white accessories.

I would be happy if this would just be the permanent road game uniform

As a 13-18 year-old fan of M, I always wanted us to be more adventurous on the uniform front (como Oregon, even o state, etc.) and then the adidas sponsorship butchered so many variations (apart from the UTL #1 striped unis and the matte blue helmets against South Carolina — though Vincent Smith’s certainly popped), now in my early 30s I just want variations on pants. For both the M football team and my life in general.

Doubt it. They're still 3-2 and have a shot at taking down a top 5 team. Reported attendance for the first 3 home games (per espn) was around 44k, 47k, 49k, with a capacity of 55k. That last game against Western Kentucky was a near-sellout.

That said, I'm sure you can still find plenty of tickets. There will be a strong and vocal Michigan contingent, but it won't be a pro-Michigan crowd (which I interpret as majority Michigan).

For a period after Carr, it was kind of the wild west in terms of accessories.  There was a time during the RR era where the team did not even have matching away jerseys and the piping/striping was different on some than others.  During this time, and even stretching most of Hoke's tenure, accessories were all manner of different colors, some wore white socks, some black, some basically ankle socks.  It was a mess.

Harbaugh came in and at least got everybody on the same page, and while pretty plain, all of the players at least matched.  Now they are starting to get creative and allow some leeway with different looks and colors.

This level of coordination is where a lot of other teams were at like 10 years ago.

Looking ahead to uniforms for next week - Michigan is going to have a maize out and many are thinking that we’ll be going all maize for the occasion as PSU didn’t let Michigan do that last year. Anybody think that Michigan may do maize jerseys with blue pants for the first time then? A lot of recruits have posted pictures in that combo and I think it looks pretty good. If they don’t do that, I hope they go all blue over all maize. All blue with maize out looks amazing

I wasn't thrilled with the all-maize look, either, but it's not clear to me why another school's unis would matter here.

Any school (like ours) with yellow / maize is going to have a big difference between home unis (like ours, which I think are the best) and road unis. White and yellow don't look good together.
