Louisville men's bball national title *may be* vacated

Submitted by ypsituckyboy on

Per the NCAA, Louisville's national title has been vacated due to the scandal surrounding the men's bball team. Dan Wetzel from Yahoo notes that this isn't a forfeit so Michigan doesn't get the national title. There's no winner.

So do we pull an Okie St football and start acting like we won a game we didn't?

EDIT: Per a correct note below, only wins during the specified timeframe in which ineligible athlete(s) participated will be vacated. Louisville has to provide the NCAA with this info. Not sure who the atheletes are, so not sure if that will include NCAA title win.

would that be worth 7 points in our favor?

the bad call on the block and didn't they screw up when Hancock should have fouled out but attributed the foul to another guy away from the play? That aberration alone was worth a few 3 pointers.
