And saved Comiskey’s ass for what could have been an epic Lions dumb ass play.

You are paid millions to be smart enough to know the situation. Any eight year old would know to fall on the ball.

Go Lions. Ceiling is provably one playoff win, but that would be huge.

There are a lot of fun memories this year, and nothing in the postseason can take them away. Road wins with tons of Detroit fans cheering. That incredible block on the St. Brown TD in Tampa. St. Brown and Gibbs taking flight in two different spectacular touchdowns.

And winning 11 or more games and a division. With real hope.

Had to endure almost the entirety of Brett Favre's career, followed by all of Aaron Rodgers time starting at Green Bay. The year after Rodgers departs Green Bay breaks the long drought.

Lions fan since the Billy Sims era here…. I’m super excited for the team this year, but am also preparing myself for a first round playoff exit.  As great as this season was, it doesn’t matter until they can win some playoff games.  Until then, I’ve seen this movie before.

Pass defense isn’t good enough for a Super Bowl run. It’s a mess. Campbell has some hard decisions to make in terms of staff.

Off-season priorities:

1. Re-sign Amon.

2. Figure what to do with guard sports. Looks like Jackson may leave. Glasgow is on one year deal.

3. Invest heavily into defensive side of ball particularly at CB and DL. Badly need upgrade at both spots.

Huge win and finally they've got a division title.

This team doesn't have a championship-caliber defense, and most likely they'll run into a team that can hold them to 24-ish points and beat them.  But please Lions fans, just enjoy this feeling.  I see people freaking out about how they're likely going to lose and I want to shake them so hard they remember what the last, oh, 70 years were like and enjoy this type of success.

To think that *Russ Thomas* hired the last Lions coach to win the division....... growing up our parents all told us that Russ was the worst GM. Amazing.

Still just one playoff win since '57.

As only the second team in NFC to reach 11 wins so far with Philly playing to night, Lions have a shot at home field advantage for a good part of the playoffs too.  Would love to see that happen.
