Garbage gameplans has nothing to do with Covid. Collins or no Collins Michigan still put enough talent on the field to be able to beat a bad MSU. And if anything Covid has only illuminated the issues with Don Brown that are never going to change. Knew he was going to be shorthanded on CB's to play man defense but still has no ability to have his defense play remotely plausible zone defense. The offensive gameplan last week was also garbage, absolutely nothing modern about it. The reality is its year 6, Covid or no Covid, Michigan has not been able to win the critical games under Harbaugh, has put together poor gameplans in some of those games and has yet to fully join the modern game on offense and defense.

What about next year's team makes you think it will contend for a big ten championship? The defense will probably be worse without Paye and Hutchinson. The offense is going nowhere so far this year.

The keep Harbaugh crowd should realize we are going to be having the same conversations next year because we're already having the same conversations we had LAST YEAR.

I've been patient through RR and Hoke...and a Harbaugh apologist for every OSU and Michigan State loss.  I don't want to hear about which top players were out or the "pandemic", every team has those same challenges.  That MSU loss was brutal and NEVER should have happened...and it falls on coaching.

48-20 does nothing to make me feel better about Michigan losing to a basement dwelling team (with a first year coach) that had given Rutgers their first B1G win in 21 games and then was repeatedly ass raped by Iowa the following week.  It's not an emotional reaction...enough is enough, it is time for Harbaugh and Brown to move on.

I made this point on a thread that got nuked the other day. Out of the 2017 class (would be seniors this year) only 14 out of 30 are still with the program.  I think 6 of those 14 are starters and a couple others are contributors.  That class was a huge bust in terms of Michigan production, although there are likely to be a few NFL guys (Ruiz, DPJ, Kwity, Nico, Ambry).

Hilarious.

Michigan throttles Minnesota: “This is Harbaugh’s best team. This is our year. We finally beat OSU & win the B1G. This season is awesome!”

Michigan gets embarrassed by MSU and IU: “This isn’t a real season. It’s just practice. They should cancel the season. It’s a wasted season anyways...”

Thats almost as bad as “we didn’t lose, we just ran out of time.”

What’s the excuse for next year just so we are all on the same page when Michigan goes 8-4?

Let’s be real, if Mertz plays, this game is over by halftime.

There’s a reason that Berry Alverez said his team was absolutely going to be playing this week. He doesn’t want his team to miss what should be nothing more than a layup game against Michigan.

Earlier this week, I predicted 45-13 Wisconsin, and I think now that I may have been way too generous. I’m calling it 63-9 Badgers.

I might be exaggerating a little bit, but not by much.

Now that the OSU - Maryland game has been canceled, I was thinking that if they have another game postponed, their game against UM would be their 3rd.  Then if UM could somehow do a pajama party in the Illinois locker room and have enough players out, thus forfeiting the GAME, OSU would be ineligible for the playoffs.  And UM would have eliminated OSU with their worst team in history.  Dream on...
