Kwity Paye out for Wisconsin

Name-calling, exactly what I expected. Calm down and go blue tomorrow!

Garbage gameplans has nothing to do with Covid. Collins or no Collins Michigan still put enough talent on the field to be able to beat a bad MSU. And if anything Covid has only illuminated the issues with Don Brown that are never going to change. Knew he was going to be shorthanded on CB's to play man defense but still has no ability to have his defense play remotely plausible zone defense. The offensive gameplan last week was also garbage, absolutely nothing modern about it. The reality is its year 6, Covid or no Covid, Michigan has not been able to win the critical games under Harbaugh, has put together poor gameplans in some of those games and has yet to fully join the modern game on offense and defense.

What about next year's team makes you think it will contend for a big ten championship? The defense will probably be worse without Paye and Hutchinson. The offense is going nowhere so far this year.
The keep Harbaugh crowd should realize we are going to be having the same conversations next year because we're already having the same conversations we had LAST YEAR.

I've been patient through RR and Hoke...and a Harbaugh apologist for every OSU and Michigan State loss. I don't want to hear about which top players were out or the "pandemic", every team has those same challenges. That MSU loss was brutal and NEVER should have happened...and it falls on coaching.
48-20 does nothing to make me feel better about Michigan losing to a basement dwelling team (with a first year coach) that had given Rutgers their first B1G win in 21 games and then was repeatedly ass raped by Iowa the following week. It's not an emotional reaction...enough is enough, it is time for Harbaugh and Brown to move on.

I made this point on a thread that got nuked the other day. Out of the 2017 class (would be seniors this year) only 14 out of 30 are still with the program. I think 6 of those 14 are starters and a couple others are contributors. That class was a huge bust in terms of Michigan production, although there are likely to be a few NFL guys (Ruiz, DPJ, Kwity, Nico, Ambry).

Wurr gerna derrr....
November 13th, 2020 at 3:45 PM ^
I’d be gone googling agents if I were Paye at this point
November 13th, 2020 at 3:49 PM ^
Remember when 2020 was unlike any other year? Those were the times.
November 13th, 2020 at 3:50 PM ^
Get well Paye. Next man up for this glorified practice season.
November 13th, 2020 at 4:11 PM ^
Tell that to BYU with 8 wins already !
November 13th, 2020 at 4:22 PM ^
Hilarious.
Michigan throttles Minnesota: “This is Harbaugh’s best team. This is our year. We finally beat OSU & win the B1G. This season is awesome!”
Michigan gets embarrassed by MSU and IU: “This isn’t a real season. It’s just practice. They should cancel the season. It’s a wasted season anyways...”
Thats almost as bad as “we didn’t lose, we just ran out of time.”
What’s the excuse for next year just so we are all on the same page when Michigan goes 8-4?
November 13th, 2020 at 4:26 PM ^
Maybe “New coach, new schemes (that actually work), not his guys” etc etc and so on.
November 13th, 2020 at 3:52 PM ^
Now if the coverage can just hold up for like 5 seconds...
Not good, Bob.
November 13th, 2020 at 4:01 PM ^
And the hits just keep on coming...
Hope it's not serious. I want to see him wearing an NFL uniform next year.

*Reads headline*
...
Welp, back to the posbang thread!
November 13th, 2020 at 6:16 PM ^
A theater reference? Cool. His mom thinks so too.
November 13th, 2020 at 4:24 PM ^
Let’s be real, if Mertz plays, this game is over by halftime.
There’s a reason that Berry Alverez said his team was absolutely going to be playing this week. He doesn’t want his team to miss what should be nothing more than a layup game against Michigan.
November 13th, 2020 at 4:27 PM ^
Earlier this week, I predicted 45-13 Wisconsin, and I think now that I may have been way too generous. I’m calling it 63-9 Badgers.
I might be exaggerating a little bit, but not by much.
November 13th, 2020 at 4:27 PM ^
I blame this guy. When in doubt...it's probably the Russians. Especially this one.
November 13th, 2020 at 4:28 PM ^
This is almost comical at this point. Our best players before the season were:
Nico
Ambry
Kwity
Hutch
Mayfield
None of those guys are playing now.
November 13th, 2020 at 4:40 PM ^
We are close, just need to execute better, players and coaches need to step up.
November 13th, 2020 at 4:34 PM ^
More like Quitty Play
/s please come back we love you
November 13th, 2020 at 4:39 PM ^
Operation shutdown in full effect
November 13th, 2020 at 4:43 PM ^
well...its not like the defense can stop anyone so...
November 13th, 2020 at 4:59 PM ^
He should just Kwit and get Payed
November 13th, 2020 at 6:09 PM ^
Well this should be fun.
November 13th, 2020 at 6:09 PM ^
Welp. Offense better be ready to score on every possession....pretty much like the last couple games.
November 13th, 2020 at 6:15 PM ^
I know we're not allowed nice things. Can we have anything?
November 13th, 2020 at 6:30 PM ^
I like Upshaw! Let these young guys go for it out there. Dont jump offsides and you will be fine. CBs dont be so grabby. MICH going to win! Go Blue! All The Way!
November 13th, 2020 at 10:48 PM ^
Wow... this was posted at 3:30 Pasadena time, and this guy's already at least six beers in...
November 13th, 2020 at 6:40 PM ^
At this point all one can hope for is the offense to look competent- but even that is going to be a tall order with both starting tackles out.
November 13th, 2020 at 7:02 PM ^
Man it's gonna be hard to watch the rest of this season. Yike.
November 13th, 2020 at 8:02 PM ^
Well, look on the bright side. We're not really sure just much of a "rest of the season" there is.
November 13th, 2020 at 10:06 PM ^
Now that the OSU - Maryland game has been canceled, I was thinking that if they have another game postponed, their game against UM would be their 3rd. Then if UM could somehow do a pajama party in the Illinois locker room and have enough players out, thus forfeiting the GAME, OSU would be ineligible for the playoffs. And UM would have eliminated OSU with their worst team in history. Dream on...
