Kevin from "The Office" is a Michigan Fan
We can add Brian Baumgartner (Kevin) to the list of celebrity Michigan fans. Speaking at the Motor City Comic Con yesterday, he told MLive:
"Back in another lifetime ago, I did a theater production at a big theater, it was either adjacent to or on the Michigan campus. I remember walking around the Michigan campus. I still have my Michigan sweatshirt and for that reason alone I root for Michigan over Ohio State. I don’t know why. I have the sweatshirt and I walked around town for two weeks and I’m a Michigan fan."

CC. Hire this man.
That's what she said.
hire? Did you see the basketball episode? He had a jumper, we need to see if you had eligibility left.
Oscar: I can play if you need help.
Michael: I’ll use your talents come baseball season... or if we decide to box.
If listen to the cast commentary during that show, Brian had a legit jump shot. Made a ton of shots in a row while just fooling around during the filming.
I heard the same. Evidently, the scene at the end where he was draining jumpers wasn't "scripted;" he was shooting in between takes and after making a bunch in a row, somebody decided to turn a camera on him.
Has sweatshirt, will work
Who else read this in Kevin from The Office's voice?
Why make diary when board post do trick?
I got joke. it good. love Office.
hahahahaha I did. And I didn't see his top teeth either.
At the Tigers game last night he beat a fan in a contest of, “name the most characters from the show, ‘The Office.’” He then yelled, “SUCK IT!!!!” Into the mic when he won. All played on the video board.
Did he also sing the national anthem?
I remember that! That's the auditorium in Broyles Hall (our fine arts building) and I think Mr. Spence was accompanying him. Brings back memories. He was in godspell, kiss me Kate, and South Pacific. Others I don't remember I'm sure.
We had chili. It was crazy.
Being a Michigan fan. “It’s the thing I do best.”
Scrantonicity!
Go Blue!
I went to high school with Brian Baumgartner and Ed Helms. Brian was a senior and Ed a junior when I was a freshman. I'm friends with Brian's younger sister, who is my year.
Great that he likes Michigan. Never knew!
I wonder where the production was. The Power Center? Hill Auditorium? Mendelssohn?
THESE ARE THE DETAILS WE NEED TO KNOW!
