Haven't seen anyone else report on this but it looks like the recruiting team is continuing to grow. All I've seen on him is that he was an Assistant Director of Player Personnel under Mullen and looks to have been there at least since 2018.
Bond. Herd-Bond.
Now I know what JH-B means. I thought it meant JH-Basketball and was really confused. Thanks for the news and the added decoding info.
My Herd is Bond, yo.
Not familiar with his name. For those that follow recruiting, is he a pretty significant hire based on his experience?
This is great that we are seemingly focusing on growing the recruiting team, just makes you wonder why was this not done before or are we just replacing people?
Does this mean Ohio State is hiring Pussy Galore and re-hiring Urban "Goldfinger" Meyer?
I'm sorry, did you say Alotta Fagina?
No, but on a serious note, being he was at UF, he should have made some good connections in that state. I'll give this a thumbs up.
I tend to see GhostofJermaine’s cryptic posts as a sign he is covering his ass in case he is found out by those in charge but his JH-B comment had me seriously stumped. I too thought it was a Juwan Howard or Jim Harbaugh reference. Now I know.
Who is UM’s best recruiting head football coach ever in your opinion?
J H-B should get along well with his new head coach, Jim Har-Baugh.
LloydCarr97, are you trying to get us to say Lloyd Carr?
Good to see the department expanding. The uncertainty/shake-up of the coaching staff has, without question, hurt the recruiting momentum to close out 2022 and to kick-off 2023.
There's still a lot of time to recover.
@LloydCarr97. Moeller. His classes were wild. I believe he was HC when both TB12 and Charles were signed. But this is actually a great question for Seth. If he does a mailbag I would love to hear his thoughts
Rick Minter (Jesse's dad) was hired as an analyst also

ctrl F Minter and you'll see it
Harbaugh wants all the FL connections with this hire and Denard back in the fold. I approve.
extending the program's recruiting department to include people with connections to the south and know the area and the coaches is a smart strategy...hopefully it works out.
Hell yeah they want the Florida connection.
