What is the "Ball Don't Lie" version of end-of-year awards? Whatever it is, let's do it at the Fiesta Bowl!

“And I took that personally”

Oh fiddlesticks. I guess that means he'll have to come back next year and win it then.

They should've given it to Max Duggan instead.

Garrett Riley? The guy that couldn’t call a simple QB sneak on either 3rd or 4th and goal from the 1 to win a conference championship? Gotcha…
December 6th, 2022 at 8:10 PM ^
Yeah I thought those were the strangest calls. Handing it off to a rb 5 yds. behind the line of scrimmage, twice? Didn't make sense to me.

Minter is Coming for you TCU...

Someone w better skills than I needs to Photoshop this for the game.

Wow...what a storyline going into Dec. 31.
Go get him Minter!!

That's Lincoln Rileys' brother I believe. Certainly an impressive season for him.
Their offense last year was ranked between 30-50ish in the advanced defensive metrics and they're top 10ish in most this year.

I think it bodes well for us that K-State’s RB had 130 yards against them Saturday.

I demand a recount!

Honestly outside of fandom I don't mind it. TCU completely turned around in one year and it was on the offensive side. That speaks to coaching.

Trash call. Minter is the man.
December 6th, 2022 at 7:40 PM ^
He’s honestly not that great of a coach. He really needs some significant time in AA to continue practicing his craft.
December 6th, 2022 at 7:54 PM ^
Agreed. Minimum 5 years
December 6th, 2022 at 7:54 PM ^
For the 16th best offense? Okey doke

Can you feel the tension...
in the air right now...
I know I can...
I feel it all the way down in my plums...

In a surprising and unconventional move, Ryan Day has announced that he is going to hire Garrett Riley as Ohio State's new defensive coordinator. "We gotta keep trying stuff. Something's gotta work," said Day.

Excellent.
December 6th, 2022 at 9:55 PM ^
Last year's success hurt him. People assume he was a plug and play where we all see how much the defense improved, which is hard to believe.

You mean the guy who didn't call the QB sneak? Brilliant.
