On the other hand I am trying to figure out how to do Jerky on my Traeger pellet grill. If anyone has tips, please tell me. I have a smoker tube as well that I like to use if more smoke is needed. I love cooking many foods but bbq’ing I am quite clueless about.

Sorry your week sucked ... This week was pretty cool for me. Finally moved into my new house and was on vacation all week .... lots of hauling boxes and drinking. My new Husqvarna riding mower doesn’t arrive until Monday so I’ll have to wait to mow the field. My shop is coming along nicely. Got all my cabinets up and tools hung on the wall. Cleared out all the brush so you can see the historic rock wall that sits between the road and my front yard. It makes it so you can’t see my house from the road and add more privacy. And my neighbors are super cool. Enjoying country living. The rooster is a dick though. Never shuts up. Hoping one of the hawks nesting in my woods eats that asshole.

It was ice cold because my fridge and beer fridge are set about as cold as possible without having fruit and veggies freeze up. I figured that since it was still liquid AND didn't pour chunks like cottage cheese, it must still be good.
