Occam's Razor

I just wonder what kids like Matt McQuaid, Cassius Winston and Josh Langford would do under Beilein instead of Izzo.

Bridges doesn't seem to have improved much in his 2 years at MSU.

I love him even if the team didn't achieve like it has. He's such a great role model for the team and all-around great human.

That game was a clinic - he just abused Izzo.

They locked them down defensively, took over the defensive boards, and finally got untracked on offense.

Coach B is a wizard!

Hopefully, the people who were just last year calling for his head have done their penance.

If you had asked me on the day he was hired where Michigan basketball might go under his watch, I probably would have said, "Hell if I know...", but I will say, it is now in a very nice place, far nicer than I could have imagined then.

Yes, I do love myself some John Beilein.

As someone who has been critical of Beilein at times regarding style and lack of defense, I am sooooo impressed with what he has done. Incredible how much better the defense has become and seeing players develop all over the court is awesome!! Great, great job. That was fun to watch.

Us going on a roll come tournament time(s) has become the expectation; it's time for Coach Beilein to be viewed as one of the top coaches in the country in terms of strategy and recruiting, and not just ethics and composure.

The day after he retires rename the court after John Beilein. He has earned it by putting MSU and Tom Izzy in his place 3 STRAIGHT AGAINST MSU!!

And BS in the NCAA.  It's truly incredible that Michigan has Coach B.  Even taking his coaching IQ and brilliance out of the equation, the way he treats his players, fans and other is what we all should strive for.  Yes, I love John Beilein too.

What a MAN!

Yes, serious MAN CRUSH here for this guy.

Thinking back to his first season and 20+ losses picking up without many recruits after Amaker couldn't turn the corner.

As much as it pisses me off to lose to Sparty in football - trust me, Spartan fans are pissed to lose to us in hoops!

Will be enjoying the brewski's tonight watching the replay!

I was at the game. One of the most intense and fun games I've ever attended in any sport. I'm not sure how much they showed JB on TV but in 5 years of watching his team's I've never seen him this intense on the sideline. He wanted this one BADLY. He's a true credit to the University and to coaching in general.

One of the best coaches in the game. No one does more with less.

I hope to hell he wins it all before he hangs up the whistle. Not one coach at the D1 level deserves it more than him.
