Hopefully Livers won’t be known only for “that shot”
For the second broadcast in a row, Tim Brando has managed to make a fool of himself on air for several minutes. What’s worse is after the first time no one apparently told him he’s mixing up Isiah Livers and Jordan Poole. Both times he said something to the effect of being known for “that shot” that propelled them to the Final Four. Continuing to talk about how much more we’ll rounded his game was...
Anyone else notice that!?

Brando is not good. It is known.

More people need to talk about Livers' kick that won Brady his first super bowl and started an NFL dynasty.

How much of this is Brando being truly terrible at his job and how much is ignorant white guy who cant be bothered to notice the difference between two black guys with the “same” hairstyle? Hopefully I have not overstepped into an inappropriate conversation for the board but the ignorance part was what jumped immediately to mind for me.

class gesture. when you think about how many different sports and arenas he must cover, you've got to cut him some slack for not knowing every detail of michigan lore like most of us do.

All right, fair play to him.

I had the sound off at the gym. I didn't hear Tim's faux-pas.
Timmy is not my favorite announcer. I would have cringed at every word he uttered if I listened.
