Great link.  Thanks for posting.

"'The academics are absolutely amazing. It’s the No. 1 public education in the nation. That’s the biggest reason for me,' he told The Courier Journal. 'Beyond that, I’m going to the winningest program in college football history. That’s something you just can’t beat. Between the academics and football, everything is just unbelievably amazing. It seemed like a no-brainer to me, honestly.'  Hussung also drew interest from LSU, Clemson, Louisville, Alabama, Nebraska and many others."

What could that review possibly mean?? Kicking reviews are a joke!  I am glad this kid committed because UM wanted him and they seem to have been pretty good at picking kickers, not because of his "kicking rankings."  If these rankings meant anything, Bama wouldn't constantly have kicking troubles.  Clearly there is a TON of projection in picking a college kicker, probably even more than the "250lb can put on weight and still move" O-line man out of high school.

I don’t know, I have pretty high standards for top ranked kickers. /s

JK - Great pickup. You don’t appreciate the kicker until you lose that tight game.

Is there an analysis out there of how 5 star kickers have actually done in getting to the NFL the way other 5 star players do? Ours had some of the ugliest kicks I’ve ever seen two seasons ago and split time with a walk-in last season...
