A great general always looks after his troops, especially his wounded warriors. When Harbaugh was injured while playing quarterback at Michigan, his head coach, Bo, came to visit him in the same hospital as Zinter. It's what you do when you're coaching your team. And as coach told Sherrone before playing Ohio State, "Do me!"

There is a reason they'd run through a wall for him and he looks after them. They are a brotherhood of resilience.

He probably left as soon as it happened.

I know we're giving Harbaugh all the props, but every head coach in America goes to the hospital to visit injured players. A lot of times they get police escorts.

Harbaugh obviously didn't have to finish coaching so I'm guessing he left right away and met Zak at the hospital. Or he just lives near the hospital and went over right after the game (which I believe ended at 3:45ish).

Yes agree.

We need a cheap young replacement for Jonah as we cannot pay everyone so replacing an OSU (Rutgers) guy with a Michigan man - even better.   And Zak is rarely if ever injured unlike Jonah.  He is going to be a steal if teams let him fall due to not being able to play at training camps etc.  I wonder how long the recovery is for this - 9 months?  Anyhow let's go get him!
