whether prompted by what happened or unrelated. Highly ranked players from outside the region who don't get to play much are always good candidates to transfer. He's not looking at a good depth chart situation next season. A change of scenery might just be what he needs.

I was hoping that he'd jump ahead of Mettellus during bowl practices. From what I'm hearing and sensing, sounds like he might hold on to that spot and relegate Mettellus to a backup role next year

we'll win. If the OL allows pressure and hits on him, then it's a crapshoot. If he gets knocked out of the game, it won't go any better than the '79 Gator Bowl or the '83 Rose Bowl when Wangler and Smith were knocked out of the games.
