I looked and didn't see a posbang for today.  So...in that case, Crush Sparty!

If for some weird reason posbangs are verboten in the non-OT season FAQ, I didn't read it and therefore a bad person.

Busch's had a sale on Bone in Pork chops. So I got like 3 lbs for about $5. I will be literally rolling around on Sunday.

If anyone can recommend a good, simple and easy side for grilled pork chops I'd appreciate it.

On that note, can you make them on the smoker? ?

Pork & beans, duh!!  If you want to get really wild, put your pork & beans on the smoker, or even some mac & cheese on the smoker...  As for the chops, it depends on how thick they are.  If they're ~1.5" or more, smoke away until they're about 135° internal.  At that point, take 'em off and heat that bitch up to 600 - then sear the hell fire out of them.  Reverse sear = good stuff!
