"I mean, give credit to Michigan.  They got on the team bus and came over here.  Ya know, all the credit in the world to them for that.  I thought that our guys really were playing physical and ya know, some of the early calls went to their way but I gotta coach through that.  Had some weird lineups out there.  I mean, Brooks comes in and hits a three, and their freshman, Dejulius, barely scored all year and he got four points.  I guess that is a scouting report thing but you can't really scout for that.  They got something from their bench, and we weren't able to get as much, we are pretty banged up, Cassius was over there with a heating pad on his knee just trying to get through to the next TV timeout.  McQuaid didn't really practice this week, I can't take him out of there but we really did not get much out of that. 

I mean, it's hard, it is difficult to do some things that you really don't think you can, personnel wise, and then some of the early calls, really kind of handcuffs you from that perspective.  I think that the start time, ya know, this late time, really allows Michigan to get over here and get comfortable with things, probably got to eat a full dinner, that's not all that common for a road team.  I noticed that our rims were a little tight, I saw some guys working on them earlier in the week, not sure what that was about.  It would have been nice if JJJ or Miles could have hung around for another year, could have used a little more scoring options out there.

But none of those are excuses, I mean you can't make excuses in a game like this. Michigan made it to the game, they put on their uniforms and were present in the building, so you really just got to give credit there."
