The line moved from Iowa favored by 6.5 to now 10.5 after the news of sparty boosters pulling their NIL money. Heartbreaking....
And you've got ND going to play a surprisingly good Duke team. I know we aren't real fond of Duke, but I'm pretty sure Christian Laettner is gone so it's okay now.

I’m the same, but perfect temperature to sit in the garage next to the beer fridge and keep watching, see if my last ditch effort parlay keeps me alive to place a couple small bets next weekend. I’ve made $25 last 5 weeks so far with nothing to show for it other than small enough wins to keep me tossing out a few other small bets

JJ's QBR ended up being 99.1 today, and he's up to 94.5 for the season, INCLUDING that outing against Bowling Green.
I hate to root against Penix a little, but if he could do just badly enough to come in at 94.4 after this week, that would be find with me.

Dunno why, but I'm happy for that kid. For no reason at all, I got interested, felt that he could do it,. and I'm inspired to see that he is doing it. I wouldn't mind if we could beat Bama in the playoff on the way to beating Georgia. Okay, you can see I have a wild fantasy life!

Funny reading some comments of rational MSU fans (yes, more than a few are rational, but they were shoved to the rear when the hate-UM-at-all-costs era happened under Dicktonio).
1. The MSU fans want an offensive innovator, like Mike Leach was and like Jake Dickert is at Wazzu. No more of the play good D and smashmouth football that Dicktonio used during the lapse of both UM and PSU football that happened in the early to mid 10s.
2. They want no connection with MSU. While the haters would love Narduzzi (until Jimbo mops him up a few years in a row), people want an outsider view that would bring energy to the program. Deion isn't going anywhere but other coaches may look at an MSU rebuild as a chance for a step to the big time later.
3. Most of their fans wish for Dicktonio to get out of the picture period. I loved the comment in one story where they compared having him on the sideline is like having Jim Leyland in the box seat next to the Tigers dugout giving AJ Hinch advice throughout the game. And then complaining to Mr. Ilitch if AJ didn't hit and run when Leyland told him to.
4. Kim may make some plays at QB but 1 pass and 6 INTs in lost 3 losses is enough history - Hauser is the most popular player on their team.
