Paige is living by the skin of his teeth. I actually dont have a problem with the long foul balls, those can actually be strategic. But they are squaring some others up right at people. Would be real leary about giving him a third trip through the order if he makes it through the rest of the line up again.

Paige is doing fine. I don't think we need to get the bullpen started. The lefties are making contact, but he's keeping them off balance. I think he needs throw the slow stuff early in the count, and then bust them inside with hard stuff when he gets a strike or two on the hitters. So far, so good, though.

I agree. I would have been fine with a steal call on this big slow pitcher, but not a huge fan of that sacrifice
