At Miami for FSU - Miami.

I'm kind of surprised they are not at an SEC site to pimp the start of the SEC season . . . say Kentucky at Auburn.

But whatever, without the fans it's pretty much just a studio setting anyway no matter where they are.

Without the fans: it's fascinating how much TV has starkly shifted fan behavior. Who would stand shirtless in freezing cold for a full game, unless they knew they'd get on television? Why do fans "go crazy" only when there's a chance of the camera picking them up? Would people stand through games without TV announcers and cameras identifying them as dedicated fans?

While fans did wild things before TV—"fan" comes from "fanatic," after all—the wild behavior was never as sustained and routine as it has become.

From the OU - KSU game.

Spencer Rattler completes EVERY** pass in the first half.  (** though 2 were to KSU players)

Swenson either got hurt or pulled — only noticed him one play early where he “caught” a KState  rush-end and got pushed all the way back to the QB.

Do really like the OU offense - see a lot of wide open receivers for the QB.

Anybody see the end of the Louisiana/Georgia Southern game? Forget about the 53 yd game winning FG by a struggling kicker as the clock expired for a second, wasn't the GS QB down when he put the ball on the ground during the 2 pt conversion play? Anybody else notice that?
