Isn't it obvious?  We helped them to blow out Hookers ACL so Milton would have a better chance to start. Once a Wolverine, always a Wolverine.

Did I do the conspiracy theory correctly?!

I think it’s becoming more obvious that this will not due down for a while because all sports media personalities and you tube channels are tapping the algorithm to get views by regurgitating the ignorance from other sports media personalities. The more they sensationalize this issue, the more views they gain.

Somebody should have told Auburn to save themselves $200k and spent $15k on advanced scouting. Why in the world are all these schools wasting money on players when they can just have ppl record shit that’s readily available to anyone in attendance at any game?

How is Michigan the only program ever since the invention of the smart phone able to think of this? I’m sure it’s not because they had a lunatic staffer with rich parents willing to (allegedly) do something so stupid that other teams wouldn’t waste money on because it’s not much of an advantage at all, right?

I think the playing field should be leveled. How about every college fan just record signals at games and post it on YouTube.

i’m sorry, but this is no different than any of their other pointless, stupid shit.  they suck, they always suck, and posting their stuff has always been a waste of the site’s bandwidth.  stop amplifying them.

College Football Nerds became completely unhinged by this whole thing.

I've seen some absolutely wild takes, including from the Michigan side, but for an outlet that tries to present themselves as an actual serious brand reporting and commentating on college football, their schtick really takes the cake.

Pretty easy unfollow.

These guys are the Ryan Day of football metrics. Their formula is bad because Michigan cheated. Ohio State lost because Michigan cheated. No. Your formula is bad because your formula is bad and your team loses to Michigan because they aren't as good as Michigan

Barstool idiots are now running this story too.  Not worth a link or reading.  Hopefully this was one of the "1 or 2 more bad things" Isaih Hole said would surface.

I just watched the play. IT WAS A NON-CONTACT INJURY. Option play where he kept it and cut back. I guess thanks to Michigan they kept outside contain and forced him to tear his ACL... 🤷

Get ready for more of this. This is the next stage in the story.

This morning on ESPN radio out of Omaha, the morning show was blaming Michigan for giving signs to Iowa in 2021 because in their mind, Michigan would have rather played Iowa in the B1G championship than Wisconsin.

Keep in mind Michigan went into Wisconsin and won by 21 earlier in the year. That Iowa was down 21-9 entering the fourth quarter against Nebraska and then scored in typical Iowa fashion with a blocked punt for a TD and a safety to come back. And that even after the win, Iowa still needed Wisconsin to lose the following day to Minnesota.

If we're talking about an advantage of a couple plays a game, okay. If you really think sign-stealing lets any team make a whole game plan where they're like guaranteed to succeed on every play (much less "result in" someone getting injured) you're an idiot. This is a bunch of basement dwellers trying to find a story that isn't there.

I really don't get why this place keeps posting content from these guys.  I mean, this is an unhinged take by them on Twitter but even their "good" stuff is mediocre modeling and bad predictions.  I have a spreadsheet that I maintain that uses basic arithmetic to "predict" outcomes and it hits about as well as they do.  I also flip coins with some big games and that probably has the same percentage as these guys.

At this point, we should probably treat them the same as Yoder and other people who say dumb things for clicks.  They certainly don't know anything about Michigan football both on or off the field.

As for the claims themselves, it's insane to even walk down their logic tree but whatever.

Can any future linkings to CFBNerds be treated like links to a few other disreputable pot-stirrers and be awarded trips to Bolivia?  Because those social media posts are more flaming piles of garbage than a couch in East Lansing.

Wouldn't surprise me one bit if the people who paid for this PR campaign against Michigan also is paying, small, up and coming blogs/ vlogers to smear Michigan as much as possible. I've watched these guys every year and this is absolutely out of character for these two.

With the nature of how all of this information is dripping on a constant 24 hour basis, It's more plausible that someone contacted these dudes who don't want to work a 9-5 and this is their 1st record deal out of the rat race.
