Big night of hoops. Surprise so far in Durham with Wake Forest only down by one at half.

Huge one in the Big Ten with Minnesota hosting Purdue. Let’s hope the short handed Gophers can pull this out tonight.

omg minnesota lol. They really just might blow this. Because of course. It’s really mot difficult to inbound the ball. Mich apparently has trouble with it, too.

wow.....

huge win for minnesota... nail biter at the end due to Coffey missing from free throws... props to Purdue for keeping the screws tight though

Michigan needs to take care of business versus sparty...

i don't mind crispin, but i think he let his actual view bias his replay view; no way you could tell that ball hit off of minnesota based on the replay

I fully admit to being an old fuck whose default mental state is "get the fuck off my lawn" but for the life of me I've never understood why so many people get their panties wadded up their bung hole over college kids storming the court. Who fucking cares? It's the silly, harmless kind of shit that 19-year old kids do. The only time it's truly dumb is when you're crushing people as you try to climb over their bodies in Camp Randall.

To be fair, those were all road games and the only one they lost was against us. They've played well and they'll deserve a share if they win on Saturday. They won three exact matchups we lost: @Wisconsin, @Iowa, and home against Sparty. Just because their schedule down the stretch has been weak, doesn't take away from the hard games they've played earlier.

Agreed.  I know it’s not realistic, just would be nice to have some sort of balanced schedule.  Will never happen given the conference make up. It is true they won most of their one and done’s on the road in the BIG, but in the end having to only play 3 of the other top 6 teams in conference only once is definately an advantage.

Michigan has played the easiest conference schedule so far, and they may actually finish there even after the return trip to Breslin.  (Iowa may sneak ahead by virtue of its game with Nebraska, but since that's in Lincoln, I'm really not sure).

There's very little difference between Michigan and Purdue's conference schedule, in fact I think Purdue's is a little harder at this point.  There's only two teams where there's a difference, Michigan played Wisconsin and NU twice, while Purdue played OSU and Nebraska twice.  Now that will change after this weekend, but I suspect the conference SOS will be about the same.  NC wise, Purdue has a tougher schedule, maybe considerably tougher.
