Harbaugh doesn’t have respect for Day because he acts like he is the reason Ohio is what it is. While the truth is that he was fortunate enough to be hired by Urban and be in the right place right time when Urbs had his “medical misfortune.” In essence Day has not really built anything and has never had to prove himself in rebuilding a program from the ground floor. He was given the keys to the fastest car and just has to make sure not to crash it. But, while still winning games, the product is slowly weakening the further away from Urbs it gets.
