It's also sort of funny to see the Chargers beat think a guy decommitting is a sign Harbaugh is leaving UM, as opposed to something that happens all the time in CFB recruiting.
My guess is Harbaugh's particular brand of "I do what I want" schtick doesn't work with owners like the Spanos who like to be the smartest guy in every room and want someone to work with them. Vrabel feels like Harbaugh but with recent NFL experience, and frankly if I'm LAC that's probably just as appealing since you're basically getting the same personality from either.
Anyway, while I love what Harbaugh has done for UM it's getting pretty fucking annoying that he keeps saying he's not going to look at NFL jobs and then spends weeks trying to get one only to not.

Aren't Atlanta and DC objectively better roster/ownership situations than LAC, provided Harbaugh can work with the GMs and the money is adequate?
