Remember when he attempted to play professional soccer? I miss his old antics, as they were harmless and almost always entertaining. I'm sure the guys were pumped to see him there. Coach never quits changing the game...

The season of Hard Knocks with the Bengals where they went with Chad to buy earrings at those mall earring piercing joints and to get McDonald's before games... Gosh, it was the best. Maybe the best one ever. Child, please.

Dude was a serious prima donna, but he backed it up with his play.  And he wasn't a locker room problem, or an off-field issue waiting for red lock.  So I had no problem with his prima donna'edness.  I do miss him in the NFL.  The guys today try to be like him, but clearly can't do it like he did...

It's awesome that he shows up at practice and helps teach drills.  That might happen elsewhere with a school's alums, but Harbaugh seems to have celebraties from all walks just show up!

No doubt some talking head will pick this up and say Harbaugh is self-promoting again...

My buddy who I watched football with used to live next to Santa Monica Community College.  For a couple of years he kept saying that they had a good football team and that we should check out a game.  We actually made plans a couple of times, but ended up going to a bar instead.  Chad Johnson and Steve Smith Sr. were on those teams.   Would have been incredible to see two NFL all-pros playing against community college competition.

Liked his never back down attitude, Freak athlete too obv. Good football mentor, maybe not the ideal role model.

Those young and impressionable guys really enjoy this type of recognition.  It's cool.  Wow!

They saw their coach with the Pope in Rome..........other celebrities at various times.

You don't see the Lions do it?  Bears?  Browns?

USC used this type of "dropping by practive" to enhance their image with young recruits.

The snapchat videos from practice show that Nick Eubanks has changed his number from 18 to 82. I had forgot that him and Brandon Peters had the same number, looks like Peters won that battle.
