Breaking: Brad Robbins Finalist for Mortell Holder of the Year Award
As per the official Twitter account of the Martell Holder of the Year Foundation, Robbins joins Will Swinney of Clemson and Red Bauer of Arkansas.
This would be the first HOTY winner who is paired with a Lou Groza Award winner. But the competition is tough, with the HOTY Committee noting that, "From top to bottom - this is the most versatile group of field goal holders we’ve ever seen."
For his part, Moody says there's no one else he'd rather have holding his balls.

Hold on . . . I thought it was a joke too when I read the title. That other award, the MORTELL Holder of the Year, has been known for decades as obviously a joke. Never taken seriously.
But the MARTELL Holder of the Year is important. Honoring the French military leader, the cognac, and Martell, Nebraska, it's the real deal.
