Kinda feels like this would be one of the best possible trolls of the B1G... :)

Edit: Mods, if you want, can you take this design for shirts/etc in the store? Would love nothing more than to see people subverting the B1G on national TV...

Would be a clear-cut violation of the conference rules (I checked), which I don't see helping us in court. But I agree with the sentiment. What we should do instead is edit the James Earl Jones video to get rid of the line "we are proud members of the Big Ten conference." Would be awesome if there was a way to add "we bow to no conference" in the part where it says "we bow to no man. we bow to no program."

Love that idea—and fans would take note. Even just remove the word proud. “We are [pause] members of the Big Ten Conference.” Even as-is I plan to boo that line in 2 weeks when it plays.

Speaking of honorary captains for the game, do we know who they are? Would be great to have Hutchinson, Haskins, and Ojabo in the house since they're 3 of the guys who got this run rolling.

No, but I could see that- I just used the B1G's M logo and built my own "E" & "T" from the characters they used- intent was to make it look similar enough to increase level of subversion :)

Leave the craptastic logo on the jerseys, but during the national anthem the players should in a coordinated action pull out scissors, pull the jersey away by the craptastic logo, and cut the logo off, leaving a gaping hole for all to see the entire game.
