i live outside of Cleveland and work in Cleveland so I get to see it all day every day
all last week people were talking smack, taping ❌ over all the Ms in people names on their name plates outside their offices. I took the tape off of mine and put a block M there then threatened to fire anyone who touches my name plate … sort of kind of in jest.

I have watched several of these buckeye post game podcasts. The one with zach boren and austin warde is pretty hilarious. Zach boren is a idiot, But they all say the same thing about Michigan not being a great team, So what does that say about your shitty team then if Michigan isnt a good team, and you couldnt beat them,

OSU should have the best QB in the country every year? McCord was a top 50 recruit in his class. He's not some 743rd ranked QB from Colorado that fell into the job because everyone transferred or got hurt. It's how Day is set up? Well damn, if he can't win without a throwing god for a QB maybe he should take a different job.

The number of times they said "give credit to Michigan BUT" they're not that good, that talented, did anything impressive. Yeah buds, they just beat OSU in every facet of the game outside of MHJ but sure, they're just mid and OSU really lost the game. GTFO. I've heard better analysis and thoughts from a clogged toilet.
Edit: Still listening periodically - they literally argue that they need to raid other programs because they're operating AT A DEFICIT! So where is the deficit? Because it's not talent. They can argue this recruit didn't pan out or this guy was only average all they want, but they are in the top 3 of recruiting every year, a massive step above their contemporaries especially in the conference. So that's not the deficit. It's gotta be something else, right?

The NCAA is not a court of law, so no "due process" or "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard applies to a current/active, novel cheating scandal, the likes of which dwarf anything that came before it. Alas, money talks. OSU and all of the TCUN opponents and their fans that came before and after will still play and watch, keeping the TV ratings high.
Nothing more is going to come from this until well after the season. This is the only thing that makes the loss bearable. In fact, I don't even see the loss as a big deal...playing a cheating team full of 30 year old transfers (ok, not that old but 4th-6th year players), who most likely don't transfer in to a 7-5 team, if not for the '21 and '22 seasons. Sure, I wanted a win (as always) but 'm looking forward to seeing the notice of allegations, the response and then the inevitable hammer. We won't even be able to wave to Hairball and Minter next year when their show-cause is in effect. 2024 will be a grand year, a grander game, played by teams on an even footing...which will make it all the more sweet."

Their delusions are so strong that they're saying Fire Pettiti and Let's Leave The B1G because they feel actions are not being taken and that M is being given special treatment...all the while 95% of them continue to rant and rave as though their perception of the whole scandal is not just their perception, but is 100% fact. They're incapable of grasping the notion that they might be wrong.

Jesus, they are just pathetic at this point. Poggi was right - stop whining and get a better team. They have gone from outright domination on the field, to hoping and praying that some regulatory body will ignore all of its own bylaws and rules and step in to save them from the big meanies up north. They got the B1G to do so, and then our team proved that the CS stuff was nonsense, which made their loss even more embarrassing. Even without our coach, we beat their team full of 5* players by countering with discipline and heart.
I wonder a little bit if the lawsuit against the B1G was just a warning shot to indicate to the NCAA that we can afford high priced lawyers and the NCAA's record in court is terrible. They have way more to lose than we do in the event they try to drop the hammer on us.

The part about tampering with with Will Johnson and throwing money at him if we go on probation is just gold. They have no issue with OSU breaking rules but man its the end of the world that UM may have taken some video. Thats what gets me, none of these other fans or schools want to admit that they steal signs as well, thats what they make out the CS thing to be like we are the only school that does it. Then when you point out that sign stealing isn't illegal then it changes to its all about the video and using it. And oh my goodness! There are photos of CS whispering in the coordinators ear during a game. Throw the book at UM and send them back to the dark ages! That is so pitifully ridiculous!

Also how many players played in THE GAME? Maybe Michigan wins in the second half because they rotate guys in and are fresher? I think McCord, despite his "non flamboyant personality", could be another Quinn Ewers or Joe Burrough at another school away from OSU.
