8-Wins Posbang

It was not pretty. At times it was downright painful. But we got the win against a team who's offense did what NO ONE has done to our D this year and has been in it with tough opponents all season.

We might not control our own destiny, but Harbaugh has instilled a fire and drive to win and compete that this team has lacked for a very long time. We've got 8 wins (and 3 on the road, which has been difficult for us to do since Carr retired) and we're still in a position to compete for a B1G Championship. This team is on the right track and I'm grateful where the program is headed.

Now let's beat Penn State.

It was ugly and I am very worried about both of the next two games.  But I'd rather be worried about them after a win than a loss.  If this team was not mentally tough, they could easily have lost both Minnesota and today.  We would be completely depressed.  Instead, they found a way and we have hope.

I predicted 8-4 before the season. I pick game by game basis and has us only with 7 wins at this point because I picked us to lose to Maryland (lol). So we are ahead of schedule according to my preseason predictions. I predicted us to lose to PSU and beat OSU. This was in July.

I can't wait until Harbaugh has his players in place to n the next couple years. He'll tremendously upgrade the DE and LB talent on the defense. Right now we are suck with Hoke's plodders. Godin and Strobel??? Oh boy, that did not work out well.
