Per the internets 3 FAU rotation players entered the portal in guard Nick Boyd, big man Giancarlo Rosado, and Vladislav Goldin. All are grad transfers and Boyd has two years of eligibility left. Indications are that more may follow:

Also, if you want to nerd out Davis Moseley of 247 sports who's a great follow put together an early Google Sheet of players that have interest in Michigan.

this would be a tremendous jump start for May to land a couple of these guys, esp at PG to help implement his system...

Hopefully this works out.

I watched the game film of their K-State win in Dragonchild's diary a week ago.  Vladislav Goldin is a good player.  He's seven feet tall and a great finisher with decent defensive ability.  I have to think May will want him on the team.

Goldin is definitely a 100% take for May. He would be one of the best big man in the B1G if he decides to follow May. However, he's not a typical big that May wants in his system but he made it work because he's too talented. He wants C who can be similar to Mo Wagner in terms of shooting, passing and dribbling.

But again, his “system” has had Goldin as the starting center for the majority of it, especially the more successful parts.  Has he said, post-Goldin, what his system is?  Part of recruiting at a mid-major is taking what you can get to a degree — if he can recruit Goldins every year, would he do so?  Or would he look for more talented versions of Rosaro?
