2023 B1G Championship Game ticket questions thread

Submitted by ann.arbor.lover on November 25th, 2023 at 8:58 PM

Just booked the flight to Indy... Now trying to get tickets without burning too much cash.

Questions:

1. Will we be the Home or Visiting team? I would very much like to cheer with fellow Wolverines (although I heard Iowa fans are extremely nice).

2. Lucas Oil Stadium seems to be a well-designed place. Does it matter much sitting in the lower rows versus higher up?

Much appreciated!

My guess is that tickets will be cheaper considering we've been there 3 straight years and Iowa fans don't (or shouldn't) have much hope and were just there two years ago.

$500 for this game put a decent dent in my wallet.  I'm hoping next week I can get in for under 200.

I’ve been to Lucas Oil many times, all in the upper areas, and there isn’t a bad seat up there.

There are specific sections for each school’s allotment, but aside from that it was a crapshoot. I can tell you based on last year you’ll likely be next to Michigan fans. It was Purdue’s home state last year and it was probably 70:30 UM fans. Last year tickets didn’t drop too much the day of the game. I think we maybe saved $20 per ticket vs buying right after OSU.

I’m going to be in section 640 this time around (right at midfield in the upper deck). Hope to see you there!

1. East is always visiting during odd years.

2. Use ViewFromMySeat and check out fan photos of Colts games. Or go to the Colts ticket website and use the virtual seat viewer.

Going again this year! Go Blue! The team stayed at JW Marriott two years ago. Got some great pics with my kids and players. Anyone know if they are there again this year?
