I kept my eyes on Hutch, who was matched up against (allegedly) a really good OT. My goodness, Hutch is a monster.

This was the scariest play of the game IMO. Washington had scored on their previous drive to make it 24-10. They held us to three and out on our next drive. Then they march down the field, including just converting a 1st and 20 to get past midfield. This guy is *wide* open due to blown coverage. However, the ball was overthrown. From my perspective in the stadium, I thought the overthrow was due to the ref being in the way. I think this video shows the same thing.
If that completion is made, it results in a pretty big gain and lots of momentum for UW to make it a one score game. Not saying we wouldn't have pulled it off, but my spidey-sense was going off after this series of events and to some degree, we got a little lucky here.
