Louisville defense looks legit, Michigan could never get in their offense and comfortable. I think this was needed though, there was waaay too much hype after Atlantis.

Long season - they weren’t going to win all of their games.  It’s a loss to a good team on the road.  They’ll bounce back.

Too many negative doomsayers on this site tonight.  How soon you forget the Bahamas.  Good grief.  Cut the team some slack.   They're playing in a tough venue on the road against the #1 team.  We played very good defense most of the game.  Yes, the offense was bad.  This will be a good learning experience forcthe team that will help them later on.  Chill out.

Louisville honors 3 players from that 2013 team at halftime. We won’t even put the final four banners back up.

FFS the team will be fine. It’s a long season but this team is well ahead of schedule with a metric ton of FIXABLE issues (I’ll grant you there are some issues that won’t get fixed this year).

You've got to grow from an experience like this and Howard will help them do so. Show up and beat Iowa. Let’s win the next 5 before going to msu.

Go Blue! Tough night tonight but learn and grow.

Least worthy is strong, but I see your point.  Mine was, they played hands-on D on every player, every possession. The guidance to officials is...

  1. When a defensive player keeps a hand or forearm on an opponent, it is a personal foul.
  2. When a defensive player puts two hands on an opponent, it is a personal foul.
  3. When a defensive player continually jabs by extending his arm(s) and placing a hand or forearm on the opponent, it is a personal foul.
  4. When a defensive player uses an arm bar to impede the progress of a dribbler, it is a personal foul.

Did you see that called tonight?  If so, I missed it.

That's all I'm saying.  It's either a rule or it isn't.  Tonight, apparently, it wasn't.

Yea I see where you're coming from...there's games where something "like that" gets allowed, mostly on one side and they use it to their advantage. And when the other team does something similar it's an auto-whistle.  Once you notice it and catch on it's very frustrating to live with.

You got it.  And to your point, the rest of the guidance to officials is to call it early to establish the rules for the game.  They didn't.

Only Duke gets to do it in March.  I really believe we'll see this team again.  And I think we'll get them next time on equal footing and equal rest.

We only made 15 baskets all night. Can we do any worse. That’s just 1 embarrassing stat from tonight’s game. If Johns never sees the court again will be okay by me. He was a top 100 kid coming out of high school. What happen to him..

No sense giving Louisville any credit for their defensive effort, right?

Ran guys off the 3 line, contested virtually every shot, rebounded, and made Michigan look pretty bad.

December 3rd is it? It’s fine.

If Wagner was not a liability, even just neutral, it would have been a game at the end.

He needs to spend time with the basketball equivalent of the dong machine, and get used to long arms and quick hands flailing at him on defense.

For some reason, I was downvoted for pointing out it’s hard to win on the road against the #1 team, lol.

Some here are just ridiculous.
