How awful is the University of Michigan's athletic webpage becoming?  They can't seem to provide live stats for any sporting events any more; they only link to live stats being provided on their opponents' pages.

If Michigan didn't have to depend on the University of Washington to provide the live stats here, we might be able to follow it in real time.

This is likely going to be a shortened game. Per @umichsoftball, the game will end at 5:30pm due to travel reasons.

Susalla can't get it done with a runner on third; 1-1 through 3.

To clarify a post above:  no inning may start after 2:20 PST (5:20 EST) because of Washington's travel needs.  An inning in progress at 2:20 will be completed, though.

This is not good. What on earth is going on with the pitching? The pitching is usually ahead of the hitting in February.

Well, maybe.  And maybe not.  She clearly is missing something that she had last year.  And a 3.54 ERA for your #1 or #2 pitcher isn't going to get you through May and into June.

Betsa is averaging 5.5 walks every 7 innings.  Add that to the fact that we can't stop stolen bases this year, that's a big problem that needs a solution.  Right now, the solution is the best hitting team Michigan has ever had.  It's a pretty good solution; let's hope it keeps working.
