2 Interesting items from the game in case you missed them-
My favorite is that the Penn State DB had earlier in the game smack talked All: "
prompting Penn State linebacker Ellis Brooks, described by All as “No. 13,” to say a few words to him on the field.
The message?
“We know about you. We’ve been scouting you,” All said. “We know your ankle’s messed up. You ain’t going nowhere.”
“Like trying to get in my head,” All continued. “Well …”
2) I think the refs were working much harder than usual to NOT screw Michigan. I did see one bad spot & they obviously don't call holding-

Michigan played Penn State in a football game on Saturday. We have a player, his name is Erick All. The bad guys, Penn State, said some things to him during the game that might be considered disparaging. In the end the good guy showed them that they were wrong and Erick was a hero. It's confusing, I know, but it's just what happens in sports. I doubt the bad guys really meant to be mean, if you're worried about that.
Also, sports referees (the guys in the striped shirts) can notoriously be bad at their jobs. That's what the second part is about. Kinda complicated, but whatever, you'll catch on.
Either way, it was a really good game, you should consider watching the football team this season, they're pretty good.

You understood before.

I was going to ask, "Does anyone here speak Musk?"
Apparently you do speak Musk. You speak Musk real good.
November 15th, 2021 at 1:24 PM ^
I'm more interested in why the real Elon Musk continues to sell so much Tesla stock?
November 15th, 2021 at 1:30 PM ^
He appears to be following that old maxim, “buy low, sell high.” A P/E ratio of 321 is ~306 higher than market average.
November 15th, 2021 at 1:47 PM ^
i think he is looking to buy a continent. he may just start with greenland though.
November 15th, 2021 at 1:53 PM ^
It's all going to SpaceX. He's getting ready to buy the moon before Bezos buys it.
November 15th, 2021 at 2:49 PM ^
Why be satisfied with the moon, when he could buy Uranus for a fraction of the cost? (mine, too)
(I will show myself out)

[So bad, I posted it twice]
November 15th, 2021 at 5:30 PM ^
Because Elon has a big tax bill coming as he has an option for just under 23 million shares at $6.32 a share.
November 16th, 2021 at 12:18 AM ^
He’s buying Bitcoin with the proceeds.
November 15th, 2021 at 12:17 PM ^
All's ankle sure seemed 100%. It's not often you see a TE out run a bunch of DBs. Kept waiting for the guys to catch up to All and it just didn't really happen. Dude's got some wheels for a big guy
November 15th, 2021 at 12:19 PM ^
Doug Karsh had him right after the game and All said he has a high ankle sprain that was killing him while running down the sideline.
November 15th, 2021 at 12:35 PM ^
Put in the Schooooon next week and let all rest up to go all out against OSU. He'll then have a week to rest before the b10 championship game. yup. i said it. dont care. lets go. Giddy up!
November 15th, 2021 at 12:55 PM ^
That is truly a case of mind over matter. Your ankle might be killing you, but you're down three, three minutes to go, whole season is on the line, and the ball is in your hands with a bunch of green grass in front of you.
You are running like a gazelle on steroids to get that W. Deal with the pain later. Still two more games to play, granted, but Erick All saved Michigan's season. The fact that he made that run through a high ankle sprain is all the more remarkable.

adrenaline is a good drug
November 15th, 2021 at 12:57 PM ^
In the quote I read from All, he said on that last play, when he planted to turn upfield he felt like his ankle was about to give out. He estimated he was 80 or 85% healthy Saturday.

The last time I remembered it in a Michigan game was the 2002 Citrus Bowl when Jason Witten ran away from our defensive backs on a TD like they were standing still.
November 15th, 2021 at 2:16 PM ^
Too soon
November 15th, 2021 at 2:58 PM ^
Jason Witten was on the TV when I found out my grandpa passed away a few years ago, so I hate him with an unending passion.
November 15th, 2021 at 7:11 PM ^
He was out running DBs!

Holding doesn’t exist against us. I assume your talking about the hold where the ref was literally watching it happen from 2 ft away and just said…ah fuggit
November 15th, 2021 at 12:23 PM ^
Which hold are you referring to? It seems to happen far too often but gets called once per game.
November 15th, 2021 at 12:27 PM ^
The most obvious uncalled hold was when Taylor Upshaw was sucked into the muck while Clifford was running to his right, and Upshaw couldn't even turn around to chase.
November 15th, 2021 at 12:34 PM ^
Ref was what, three yards from that? Saw Upshaw's body jarringly turn like someone being, let's say held, and then let go abruptly. But ref still refused to throw the flag. smh
I'm not a big burning pitchforks guy when it comes to refs, but the lack of hold calls this year just seems so off. I question my fan judgement at times, but this season seems over the top. I don't know.
November 15th, 2021 at 12:56 PM ^
It’s not a ‘this year’ problem for us, it’s always - the 2016 D-line, with Wormley/Gary, Mone/Glasgow/Hurst, and Taco/Winovich got even less calls than this year.
November 15th, 2021 at 1:11 PM ^
Just if you have time look at the play before the,”Spot!” There were at least three holds,
November 15th, 2021 at 1:13 PM ^
Cont. on one play! The receiver went backwards then cut across the field and there were obvious holds in front of the Ohio referees that weren’t supposed to be refereeing. As of course on the next play,”JT was a butt cheek, short!”
November 15th, 2021 at 1:50 PM ^
i am sure we will get our season's worth against MD. then the whistles will be swallowed against osu.
November 15th, 2021 at 2:02 PM ^
I don't like your opinion...
November 15th, 2021 at 2:54 PM ^
Too True! We'll get a ton of calls vs Maryland.
Vs Osu, we'll watch our db's get decked by a crossing route rec to knock him off coverage and our DB will get the PI flag! We will see Ojabo and Hutch tackled and no holding call. We will see our DT's get pullled down and they wiill get called for holding or a no call if it's a huge gain, just like it was the entire msu game.
If it's close, a no call for osu or we will have points taken off the board to ensure osu gets the win. No two ways about it!
I've waited and asked for the controversial 50/50 call that went Michigan's way vs osu the last 30 years? Since 2001? Since 2015? But watch the film and you see our rec getting tackled with the ball in the air no flag, defenders held, tackled no holding. Our players getting hit seconds after a play by osu players, no flag. Our db's getting decked by clear out rec to open the crossing route, beyond the los no flag.. So there is this.
But the big ten will want it to look good for the season numbers after Harbuagh called them out again..
November 15th, 2021 at 2:02 PM ^
It's just going to keep getting worse too, since teams know they're being called.
November 15th, 2021 at 2:04 PM ^
The B1G needs to move into the 21st century and have full time officials not guys that were on the HS field that previous Friday Night just to make an extra $$$$
November 15th, 2021 at 12:18 PM ^
I disagree. These items are not that interesting.
November 15th, 2021 at 12:21 PM ^
This was interesting: While coaching our players before the game Harbaugh caught his pants on fire on the sideline heaters!
November 15th, 2021 at 1:11 PM ^
You calling Coach a liar, or blasting the immaculately crafted Lululemons? Which is it?
November 15th, 2021 at 12:20 PM ^
These don't even belong in the "Snowflakes" posts. Wow...
November 15th, 2021 at 12:21 PM ^
Here's an interesting item: Harbaugh's pants were literally on fire during the game:
November 15th, 2021 at 12:23 PM ^
Now THAT is interesting!
November 15th, 2021 at 12:25 PM ^
What!?! I guess Lululemon pants are not fire retardant.
November 15th, 2021 at 12:32 PM ^
Should have stuck with the Walmart khakis, as they may not be any more fire retardant, but at that price point - Who Cares - burn 2 per game and your still have money left over for the kids 529 college savings account!
November 15th, 2021 at 12:41 PM ^
I don’t think Jim’s concerned about the price of his pants.
November 15th, 2021 at 12:27 PM ^
Did he get caught telling a lie or something?
November 15th, 2021 at 12:28 PM ^
Looks like the ol "liar liar pants on fire"
???
Coach never disappoints?
November 15th, 2021 at 12:31 PM ^
So, Harbaugh got off the hot seat during this game?
