Hello. You have reached the end. This year's season preview checks in at 53,598 words and approximately three hours of podcast. There are a lot of quotes; thanks to everyone who wrote some of them.

Tackles. Greg Frey: good at recruiting, bad at job selection.

Interior OL. One time! One time.

5Q5A: Offense. Can we speed in space this time?

DEFENSE

Defensive End. Two All-Americans?

Defensive Tackle. Zero All-Americans.

Linebacker. Bush 2.0.

Cornerback. *grimace emoji*

Safety. Dax Time!

5Q5A: Defense. Fighting the last war.

MISCELLANEOUS

Special Teams. Alabama avoided folks.

Podcast 12.4A. Podcast 12.4B. Podcast 12.4C. wsgs Ace and Seth. RIP, podcast numbering paradigm.

Heuristics and Stupid Prediction. 6-3.

----------------------------------------------------

Usually this bit has a couple of posts other people did about college football and why it is a worthwhile thing to pay attention to. The uncertainty of this season and the sprint to the finish here means I haven't seen any of the usual odes. But Michigan State has given up 28 points in the first half against Rutgers. QED. Let's have a season.

Thank you so so much for (still) doing this Brian. As always, you’ve got the best coverage of Michigan Football around, and I’m so lucky to be a Michigan fan and get the privilege of enjoying it.

Everything is awful. I have never in my life been so indifferent to sports.

But for a few hours on a couple of Saturday afternoons, maybe there will be just a bit of normalcy.

Sports remains one of those small places where significantly different people can share something common. I’m glad for that. The people here are my friends, and l want to be able to enjoy stuff like this together even when there is so much else that cannot be enjoyed

The memories are still rich. The helmets are still glorious. The sport is still magnificent. Let’s watch together, friends.

Might as well have a season. Football is here.

If the past five years have taught me anything, it's to enjoy the first 11 games of the season & completely ignore the last one.  Adjusting for a shortened schedule, I plan on doing the same in 2020.

Go Blue.

Wow I have a lot to catch up on with all the previews.

Question though we've known the date of tonight's Minnesota game for a while - yet seems like a LOT of content was crammed in a short window.

Was it to keep Fleck in the dark?  (Sarcasm)

Just curious why it wasn't more spread out.

Thanks for the hard work and info!

Brian also mentioned a few weeks back that things at home were quite hectic, and asked us to be patient with the content.

Having two young ones at home, with two working parents, during a pandemic. Godspeed to everyone in that situation. We only have one toddler, and sometimes it’s insanity!

Thanks as always for all the awesome content MGoBlog crew!!

Good preview. I am in favor of keeping the bar low for Michigan. There is so much we don't know about this Michigan team, most of which is on offense. M Go Blog will be buzzing tomorrow, win or lose.

I look forward to this week on MGoBlog all year long.  It's the most comprehensive preview of a college football team on the entire internet.

You probably don't hear this enough, but thank you very much.  Great job by you and the rest of the crew.

Let me add my two cents: Thanks, Brian and the MGoGang, for not only the amazing quantity of stuff, but also the impressive quality.

To quote Blue Vet (Oh — that's me) on the Stupid Predictions page: heuristically speaking, "I'm hoping for glory, bracing for a tough year, and pretending to myself that I'm taking the long view."

Go Blue.
