Frank Clark Arrested On Domestic Violence Charge
No details yet as this apparently just happened but the Erie County jail's website has a log of all arrests and Frank Clark is on there:
If you are for some reason dubious that this guy who looks just like Frank Clark is Frank Clark, his DOB matches that on Frank Clark's MGoBlue bio.
When it rains it pours.

You do know how crucial bowl game practices are to developing young players, right?
Or do you really want Michigan to be perpetually bad?
November 16th, 2014 at 9:56 AM ^
Do you really think this coaching staff has any smidgen of hope of developing anything with 15 extra practices?
November 16th, 2014 at 10:01 AM ^
Yes. 15 practices is a big deal. I would take 15 practices led by anyone over 0 practices.

I'm definitely NOT defending the coaching staff. But if you're asserting that the players would get WORSE with 15 practices, I think you've lost a bit of rationality. Even if they only get better a tiny bit, having those 15 practices is worth it. Working out 15 times - in a slow academic time period - is always worth it. How anyone can assert otherwise is beyond me.
As a HS coach, I would die for an extra 15 practices, even at the end of the year. I'm a basketball guy, but I'm sure there's football parallels: Regardless of who's coaching, if a player spends another 30 hours shooting, passing, dribbling, etc, then they're going to be better than if they didn't spend that time practicing.

I was mostly being a smart ass. Although, Devin Gardner, Shane Morris, Blake Countess, and some others might actually have something to say about this.

What exactly does Hoke do at practices? Is it clapping? or is it being a father to is his 115 sons?
November 16th, 2014 at 6:05 PM ^
It's not like those 15 BWW Bowl practices helped us...

Or just messing around seeing if one can erode a million mgopoints?

I don't think he can stop. He's like an ex-smoker who used to tell everyone all the research on smoking was just a bunch of b.s. Now he preaches about the evils of smoking evey chance he gets.
November 16th, 2014 at 11:12 AM ^
Why? Because I'm pissed off with this Football program being where it's at?
I'm sick of losing. As is everyone else.
November 16th, 2014 at 12:00 PM ^
You're right, we are all pissed off and sick with the losing. But it wasn't that long ago that you seemed to be one of the program's biggest cheerleaders. I'm just suggesting that situations aren't usually all black or all white, they are varying shades of gray. The football program and Michigan athletics is no different.

why couldn't you be an IU fan. You seem to support mediocrity. I don't see Hoke achieving anymore than that.

Did you drop out of school already?
November 16th, 2014 at 12:33 PM ^
I made the mistake of looking at it last week. Holy fucking hell is all I can say.
I don't think he ever leaves his computer.

So much help I double posted.
November 16th, 2014 at 4:11 PM ^
Do you actually believe this coaching staff can develop this roster to putting together a competent game plan the extra practices? I sure as heck have never seen Hoke do that, even for the Sugar Bowl.
November 16th, 2014 at 8:49 AM ^
And thus, the cherry on top of the Hoke regime shit sundae.

pretty confident in saying you can't arrest someone without 'PC', meaning probable cause. if any agency had a policy of arresting victims along with suspects, the justifiable outcry would be deafening. what goes unreported or underreported is that women are frequently, perhaps even the majority of times, the perpetrator of DV. however, for many reasons most men would never report it.
