The reactions to the videocameras alone would be awesome!
Bo's first year in 1969, 89 basketball champisonship run, Fab 5 era (1991-93), 1999 Michigan footabll with Tom Brady, 2013 Michigan basketball with Burke, and Harbaugh's first year in 2015 for Michigan football. Those would be my picks.
Last year's basketball, in particular the post-Maverick Morgan stuff. 1997 football because title run. 1989 basketball (the Frieder/Fisher changeover, title run, all that would be fascinating). 1992 basketball with the growth of the fab five (even though that's been well covered by the 30 for 30 and other stuff). Bo's last season.
2011 Basketball and to see Zack Novack's freak out up close at the Breslin and Darrius Morris telling Sparty to get off his court.
Has anyone said 2018 hockey yet?
I think 97 is an obvious one, but I'd actually choose 06 - so much hype of the "game of the century" despite the painful outcome.
No one knew for certain, but indications were that we could play with the bully of the conference by doing nothing more than playing the same type of ball. That must have created a lot of excitement for those already fans but in that season finale, the first M game i ever saw, I knew that this team from MI, with this new coach, could play with any team in the nation. On that day I became a MI fan and my education was just beginning.
1947 Michigan Football's "Mad Magicians"
Nine years after Fritz Crisler introduced the maize-and-blue-painted winged helmet to Michigan football, the Wolverines finsihed that 1947 season 10-0, using a complex single-wing formation that often baffled opponents and the introduction of offensive and defensive specialists. The seaon began with a 55-0 win over Michigan State at the Big House and culminated with a 49-0 win over 8th-ranked USC in the Rose Bowl.
Coach Yost's 1901 team, the one that started it all...
That offense is fun to watch. Would love to see how the single wing would work against today's defenses.
So much misdirection and ball movement.
Any season with a decent quarterback.
Tom Brady's last season at UM.
Michigan defeated OSU, then Brady went nuts in the Orange bowl.
That season, UM was ABSOLUTELY LOADED with future NFL talent. The 1999 season might've had more NFL talent than any other UM football team ever. Would love to have seen a detailed documentary about those players and that 1999 season.

Would love to have seen chronicled on film. Bo arriving at Ann Arbor, at a time when there WASN'T video taping everything.
