SIAP: Could Spring Game be cancelled?
Weather is bad... real bad. Showing thunderstorms ALL day with 100% chance of rain for the entirity of the day.
Iowa State and Wisconsin just cancelled theirs already.
I really hope they pull the trigger early instead of waiting it out and ultimately cancelling when people make the drive if they have one.

and it looks very favorable that the game will be cancelled. This may be the third time since 1996 that a Spring Game has been cancelled. Just guessing...

I was going to go with possibly.

Either they play the game, or they don't.

They could play part of the game.

The spring game MUST go on. No cancellations, no rescheduling. This is MICHIGAN damnit and we play footballl in all kinds of weather. Nothing, I mean NOTHING can stop this game from happening. Trust me.
Oh wait.......nevermind.

If we learned anything from the MSU game last year, it's that we have no idea how to gameplan for weather. Too soon?

What are you talking about!? Everyone knows you keep throwing the ball in the wind and rain with your backup qb in...

QB who is the most ready QB in the draft

To me, it felt like everything changed with that first turnover. It felt like the opening MSU needed, and it was. Of course, all the other turnovers didn't help either.

McKeon's fumble on the MSU 30 with just over a minute left before halftime also springs to mind.

MSU needed the worst game of John O'Korn's life (!!) along with a pile of fumbles and drops to win that game. They lucked into a second win against Harbaugh which is why it was so frustrating to lose that one.
"Let's not have any answers at all when they adjust on defense" is not a brilliant strategy.

If Patterson is starting this next game, we should win easily.

Of course it didn't happen. As far as I'm concerned, UM is undefeated against MSU. Every loss to them never really happened.

It is making me have second thoughts about going.

The rain is whatever, I'll stay dry with ponchos, but the thunderstorms are the issue...

sounds like the weather is going to be terrible which makes watching a practice not very enjoyable. I wouldn't be shocked if they cancel it and the team just does work in Glick Field house instead.

Those storms are just the manifestation of Ben Mason's angst about not being able to hit people.
