I think he's saying Michigan isn't an elite program and Harbaugh isn't the kind of guy that will develop you into a NFL player.

If getting to the NFL is key (it is), Harbaugh has a pretty good track record in his brief time at Michigan: At least 18 (maybe as many as 21, there are list descrepencies) guys in three years, 14 of which have been drafted. With at least two more this year.

it's smart to pick the NFL over an elite education? Seriously?
BTW, when I wrote "sadly" it was for MIchigan recruiting.

Wait, now I haven't followed recruiting as in depth this cycle, but this is the first I am hearing this kids name let alone a 5-star OT talent even wanting to come to Michigan....this can't be a real thing?

Until they start winning 10 plus games, winning the B1G and reaching the playoffs. I just don't see it next season given the schedule. May be 9 wins and 3rd or 4th in the east. But may be the offense will have a big turn around witha good QB and we will win the B1G. It is not impossible but I'm thinking 9 wins may be our ceiling and if our QBs have problems next season, it may be as low as 7 wins.

Everyone knows Michigan can no longer haz nice things.

He's going to Florida or Bama. Michigan's OL recruiting has been horrendous this year and it's not hard to see why. Just check the coaching on the field.
