There is no luckier team in the country than OSU.

FUCK OSU
September 9th, 2017 at 8:12 PM ^
Why is Kirk Herbstreit allowed to call OSU games. Homerism at it's finest. Blatent pass interference by OSU = "Oh I didn't really see anything there"
September 9th, 2017 at 8:20 PM ^
Please stop talking.

Last week it was Josh Rosen, this week it's Baker Mayfield.
I've got QB crushes after watching our team the past couple of weeks. Please Wilton, get better and be post-bye week/pre-injury WIlton of 2016.

It's not even fun watching OSU football. They're going to move the ball. They're going to make it look easy. They're going to win. And I hate it.

We'll see. Looks like a pretty even matchup thus far.

Barrett with the fake shovel pass to no one. Suprisingly, the D was not fooled.

After watching these games...I feel more comfortable when I said earlier in the week that we'll get there with this young team, but we're not there YET.
We're still a #10-#12 type team. But I don't think you'll want to mess with us 5 games from now.

I hope I'm right as well.
I'm very uncomfortable with Speight right now. I'm just not a fan, but I'm hoping he'll get back to his old form.
When I shared my "inside" info in fall camp I mentioned to everyone that he hadn't improved. That said, I just want to see the best version of 2016 Speight...and for longer periods of time. He looks like shit right now. Period. People will sugarcoat it, but he's had two below average games.
O'Korn's actually got the best throw on the season.
That said, I do think he'll get better because I've seen him better. My ONLY question is at RT. I wasn't a fan Ulizio in preseason and nothing has changed my opinion. I think JBB is a high ceiling/low floor...and Runyan is a low ceiling/high floor kind of guy. To me, both are better options.
BUT we have Harbaugh, Drev, and Frey...you have to trust that trio.

OSU throws an incompletion on 3rd and 18.
Kirk Herbstreit: "Great job by J.T. Barrett"
September 9th, 2017 at 8:21 PM ^
The key to staying with OSU remains getting pressure on Barrett

What are your thoughts on our team after 2 games?
(Honest question...I never read those snowflakes threads because it's just sooo many takes. But I love my open thread crew...how are you all feeling? I think I'm still a little upset so I'm looking for someone to give me a take to make me feel better, lol)
September 9th, 2017 at 8:25 PM ^
If the offense gets its shit together, we'll be fine. That's a big if based off what I've seen so far.
