What's Up With Harbaugh's Left Elbow?
This will probably be a quick answer, but I couldn't find anything definitive on a quick Google search so I came here. What's up with Harbaugh's left elbow? I've seen many pictures like the one below. Is it a result of his breaking an arm in the Michigan State game? It freaks me out a little bit.

I think it's just the wind blowing into his sleeve.

Must be another windy pic

lol...okay, maybe not the wind. Tumor?

NO, IT'S NAWT A TOOOOOMAH!!!
EDIT: This Arnold quote made me think of another possibility. Remember the original "Total Recall"? Remember when the Martian freedom fighter - Kuato - turned out to be just a head growing out of another dude's stomach? Maybe Harbaugh has Kuato growing out of his elbow???

Jamie Morris fumbled, Harbaugh dove to recover it and in the process, had his arm snap the wrong way...
I too thought it was just the wind in that pic at first but I'm not so sure.
Edit: Uh, nevermind.

"Jim, you are supposed to just carefully put the pinky inside "the stink." You don't break the damned thing off in there!!"

Maybe he attacked professional wrestling with EUTM during some of his off-time.

His pinky is all jacked up too. Harbaugh just keeps truckin'
EDIT: Beaten to the punch so posted a different picture of jacked-up pinky

Maybe he got that from sockin' Jim Kelly's jaw?

and a healthy pro career at QB, he has sustained a few injuries. Tough man he is.

Think it's a combo of his arm in motion and a loose fitting shirt sleeve. It's not like he can bend it backwards.

classic offseason thread. upvote.

Can the season start yet?

Not until we beat OSU and MSU.

Not until we find a new joke to beat to death
August 22nd, 2016 at 12:44 PM ^
Well that won't happen until we beat OSU and MSU.

Those games roll around, I might be pulling for a win moreso to get rid of this meme. Sure it's still holding on to some funny, but it's gonna get old real quick once the season starts.
August 22nd, 2016 at 3:20 PM ^
will use that meme even more if we do beat both.
August 25th, 2016 at 1:25 PM ^
1000% more than the way it's used now. Please do continue to use it in an ironic fashion if we beat both.

I remember watching that live. Then I remember them showing it about a dozen times. I remember LT frantically waving to the sidelines. Then I turned the channel because I couldn't watch it again.

Seen in live - I can't watch that again. Same goes for Napoleon McCallum when he got injured. Gives me the chills thinking about both of them.

The arm was injured during his sophmore year 1984 vs MSU.
The ball was free and he reached out for it while lying on his back and an MSU defender went straight for the arm not the ball. It happened early in the game which we then lost. In his first start earlier that year vs Miami Fla, the defending national champions he won.
Then in his junior and senior years he went 6-0 vs MSU, OSU. & ND.
He also beat South Carolina on the road in '85 and Nebraska in the Fiesta Bowl at end of "85 season.
The only big games he ever lost were at Iowa 12-10 in '85 when the teams were ranked 1 & 2.
And the Rose Bowl vs Arizona State at end of his career. That loss turned out to be a blessing since ASU was coached by John Cooper. The Buckeyes were so impressed by that they hired Cooper who we then went 10-2-1 against.
