MI vs. MN 2015 1:00 a.m.
Don't know who's still up or if there is an interest. However, with the current conversations in regard to this year's starting qb, wanted to give anyone who might still be awake the opportunity to take another look at Speight.
Whether you watch or not, wishing you all a great holiday weekend.
He doesn't like night games.

Soon, they will have no choice. All teams must be represented and given that we will have an abundance of Ws in the final stat line, will be difficult to keep our victories off t.v.
I needed that tonight though just as a reminder. Difficult to believe that young man only had two or three games experience prior to last season. Three "almost" plays in that single game in addition to the one he got, kickoff, punt return and pick 6 all,......... Oh, so close. Young man is going to be a Dude all year I do believe.
Also the speed we had on both sides of the field in Darboh and Jehu was evident and Jake was there to make key catches.
Dymonte, starting his first season I believe is also going to continue to make strides and I believe that was the game our rushing game started to actually showed what the future should look like. And the play we got from the DL, minimizing their ability to pick on our lbers this year, something they might not want to do this season. I am happy I opted to watch the game instead of putting some paint on the walls. Needed that fix
Just have a great deal of confidence if we can minimize plays lost due to injuries, by time we square off with MSU and OSU this season, we will be all of READY.
I think Speight will win the starting job.

we had a bye week after MSU and we had to stew over it for 2 effing weeks.
Keep running the motion and letting time expire. They should have had time for three plays. Instead, they got 29-26!!!
Thank you MN for the player movements at the end of the game. They really could have done three plays in that time!
happened right in front of me, as my seat was at the10-yard line. I didn't know how we were going to somehow keep MN out of the end zone for three plays!
But then...movement....more movement...and yet even more movement, as the Gophers of Gold shifted again and again and again, the ball was snapped, the stop was made...and suddenly the clock ran out.
Thank you, MN! Thank you, Tracy whats-his-name!
They are showing the 2014 Michigan hosting Maryland game....ugh. On at 12:30 and 7pm.
Then again...it is one of Maryland's few shining moments of late.

This was the kind of game that we would've lost (and likely would've gotten our asses sorely kicked) if Hoke was still coaching.

A Hoke coached team would've come into that game with its tail between its leg after getting embarrassed (again) by a 3-4 TD beating from MSU on its own field. The defense would've played admirably enough for about 2-3 quarters, but Minnesota would've completely stifled and feasted on our offense, and after our defense gets gassed from repeated three and outs from our offense, we would've lost that game something like 28-7. Hoke would've had another uncomfortable press conference saying that the Big Ten title is still within reach, and that we simply didn't execute.
Really liked Brady Hoke as a man. Seems like he'd be a great guy to sit down and have a beer with. But as my head football coach? No thanks.

As many games as we've lost in the past because our own staff at the time didn't know how to manage the clock, I don't feel bad about this. It's not like opposing fans were sending us their condolences every time Hoke forgot to call a timeout (or called one just in time to allow the opponent to chuck a hail mary before halftime.)
But why only direct this comment at "those above"? While God I'm sure is a receptive audience, I think you should also say this to the peeps beating the dead horse in this thread.
I believe all the games from last year are on youtube.
