Easy way to import UM football schedule into Google calendar?
Go to Google Calendar. On the left side, click the down arrow to the right of Other Calendars. Browse interesting calendars. Sports tab. NCAA. Michigan. That should get it done.
Perfect, thanks! For some reason it's not showing up on my phone, but perhaps that is beyond the scope of this thread.
[Edit - I discerned that you need to also hit the "synch" check box next to the Michigan football calendar. Now it's on my phone. Also, I assume that once the TBA times are determined, they will automatically show up in my calendar. Ahh, technology...]

Can someone confirm, and if open dates will be filled in as well? I'd rather wait until everything is sorted out if it's not going to update closer to games.
Confirmed. I've been using this feature for a while and it will eventually update with the times.
But I do now thanks to you. Thanks for the tip.
You could've been done by now.
Potential Error - thanks for the link and I just clicked on it and noticed at least in my view it is missing the 10/31 away game at Minnesota:
Did this happen to anyone else?
That game shows up on my calendar. Have never noticed one missing.
Not sure where Dudeski got his link, but it shows up if you browse to it from google calendar like the previous instructions.
It takes 5-10 minutes to enter 12 games into a calendar? Does each one get its own personalized illustration?
those 5 minutes are simply too precious to be parted with
Would the calendar update automatically when the times of the TBA gametimes are announced? Maybe that's why he wants it to be put in via google calendar.
It get's updated when determined times are determined.
I've used the same calendar for the last 5 years. It'll include the scores after the game as well.
Except I don't like how it has the TBD games as 12-3pm on the google one. I've been caught thinking that was the final time, schedule something, and then the game gets moved to 3:30. The mgoblue calendar has the TBD ones as TBD. You have to go check for updates yourself though.
Like I mentioned the times are updated automatically once they are officially announced so it's never been an issue for me. I actually use the Google sports calendars for all my favorite teams, it's been great. Personal preference I suppose though, use whatever suits you.
I know they are updated after they are announced. I'm talking about before they are actually announced. The TBD games should not be listed as noon games before they are announced. Have them as all day events or something else. It's incorrect info having it at noon when they are TBD.
Don't get me wrong, I still use it too. It's just an annoyance.
The MGoBlue website is one-stop shopping for all Michigan sports schedules. Skip Google and load 'em all.
Easy peasy.
