Men's BB roster set

Hasn't Brown made it clear that he wants to wait until after draft declaration deadline is up so he can go to a school that will give him a lot of playing time? Therefore, wouldn't Caris not leaving mean we aren't going to get Brown? (And I'm fine with that.)
Caris's decision has little impact on Brown's playing time. Brown will play. The 2, 3, and 4 spots are all basically interchangeable in Beilein's system so he could play any of them. I believe Brian said he would play the 3.
but minutes are not infinite...between dawkins, levert, and irvin, there are already a limited number of minutes available. without levert, there are way more minutes in play

I don't know who you are Dylan, but I think we're gonna have some problems.
You may have the MGoPoints, but Dylan has the seniority.
Plus, Dylan spits hot fire.
Yeah, you may not want problems with the number 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 best MCs
#TeamDylan
Maybe it's my eyes, but Dylan's avatar background looks a little darker than yours...
And I think Dylan is using the Nike maize.
Dylan could date my daughter.......if I had one.
white and gold, or blue and black?
This is great news if so.
The roster isn't quite set yet.
But the roster is not really set. Still need a decision from LeVert, but don't be surprised to see him back next year.
Seriously, this post is crap without a link.

The story basically said everyone but Caris is accounted for.
The big takeaway is not really the comments above in the thread but any flight risk of Chatman or Donnal which I guess were possibilities at least by parts of the fanbase.
Beilein said he'd be "blindsided" by any further roster attrition (beyond LeVert's potential entry to the NBA draft) in the form of player transfers or anyone leaving the program.
you mean "cal" as in calipari?

I don't usually neg, because I hate losing points. But your title and description were especially atrocious so there you go.

Right back at you!
will be battle tested through the B1G season, hopefully can go deep in the NCAA
i dunno--i think i'd take brown over caris. you only get caris for one more year. you might get brown for 2, and his ceiling is higher. but at this point you root for caris because a bird in hand...
Brown is a top 5 pick the following year...he is a one and done. It is a legit question though, would you rather have Brown or Caris. My vote is Caris, especially as a senior.

anyone who would take Brown over Levert better not ever suuggest a player is disloyal by leaving early.
because my comment was only intended to say we should prefer Levert to Brown--not because of talent or because Brown might leave after 1 year--but because we should be loyal.
Is it okay to say I'd take Brown? I listed some reasons in another post below, but in terms of him vs. Caris, Brown's videos suggest he'd be a better playmaker for others, which, other than Spike and some late development by Irvin spurred by necessity, is something the team really lacked this past season. Our offense had a lot of stagnant stretches, even before Levert's injury.
Spike did a great job of creating for others when he had the chance. The team did a great job of passing the ball around unselfishly. The main problems were a lack of experience inside and a lot of shots that didn't fall.
since both will be gone after next season. Brown is projected as a top 3 pick which means he's 1 and done.
Brown's suggested he may not be a one-and-done, but either way, he's really really really good. He'll be successful in the NBA and would be a nice pro for the program to point to and say, "that's one of ours."
