There’s an investigation going on and you are going to be out? Stay by your laptop at all costs man. We need every bloody soul we can get. /s
October 25th, 2023 at 9:54 PM ^
Do we know who’s carrying the game? Peacock, NBC, ABC, Fox,Big Ten? I would guess noon on Big Ten or 3:30 on the others. There’s no way it would be the night game on Fox would it?
October 25th, 2023 at 10:13 PM ^
Whoever the fuck it is better have angles that just barely graze the inner edge of the white line on each sideline. Or we hire Ray Donovan.
October 25th, 2023 at 9:58 PM ^
osu is playing Minn. psu is playing Rutgers. I imagine there's a good chance this is on a channel other than the Big Ten Network. Maybe Fox...
October 25th, 2023 at 9:59 PM ^
Let's ask a 3rd party if they can find out
October 26th, 2023 at 7:26 AM ^
If they can hack all of the networks’ computers the OP can get his answer! At this rate, it shouldn’t be a problem.
October 25th, 2023 at 10:01 PM ^
Michigan is the big noon game the week prior and the week after. Don't think Fox will get them for this game. Not sure if they could still be at noon on another network or not.
October 25th, 2023 at 10:02 PM ^
ND plays Wake Forest on NBC at 3:30. Not sure what that means for us though, if anything. Other ranked Big Ten games that day are OSU-Minn, PSU-Rutgers.
October 25th, 2023 at 10:03 PM ^
We only speculate about NCAA investigations here
October 25th, 2023 at 10:06 PM ^
My guess is 330.
October 25th, 2023 at 10:07 PM ^
Fuck Ryan Day!!!
Just making sure this is represented in every thread.
Guessing big noon, they did it last year four in a row, and we are far more interesting than any program in America right now.

Noon on FOX makes most sense. Caveat that it's only an educated guess.
The Big XII could theoretically fill the Big Noon slot, but Oklahoma @ BYU would be 10 local, BYU may not want a kick that early. Texas is at Iowa State, but U-M will probably be higher ranked and more attractive than Texas.
Other B1G games that week:
- Minnesota @ Ohio State. This has to be on BTN, based on already slotted-games, in-order for OSU to have contractually-required 2 BTN games.
- Nebraska @ Wisconsin. Projections/leaks from this summer had this as the NBC night game - I'll guess Wisconsin pre-agreed to this. Nobody really wants a late November night game, but Wisconsin/Packers fans are used to the cold.
- Illinois @ Iowa, Rutgers @ Penn State, MSU @ Indiana, Purdue @ Northwestern - these games all feel like FS1 and BTN-type filler.
CBS has no B1G game this week.
October 25th, 2023 at 10:09 PM ^
That could be win number 1,000 for the program. That might give it some extra attention.
October 25th, 2023 at 10:12 PM ^
And it will STAY win number 1,000.
October 26th, 2023 at 12:21 AM ^
Well, at least until it's vacated.

November 18th? You’re being pretty optimistic my man. By that time an “anonymous outside investigative firm” will have “anonymously” leaked the location where Harbaugh hides his serial killer trophies (mostly right pinky toes, I’ve heard). He’ll be arraigned in front of four-score of pinky toes and that’s that…
October 25th, 2023 at 10:11 PM ^
I am going to that game. I had heard it was at 3:30 but I don't recall where I heard that.
October 25th, 2023 at 10:14 PM ^
Let’s see if they let us play the games first, given the safety concerns.
October 25th, 2023 at 10:15 PM ^
Well seeing as how the game will inevitably be four hours long, I think the correct answer is you need to carve out time for both
October 25th, 2023 at 10:20 PM ^
Can we play them this Saturday instead please?
October 25th, 2023 at 10:27 PM ^
We are scheduled to compete against a team of lawyers then.
October 25th, 2023 at 10:37 PM ^
Night game
October 25th, 2023 at 10:46 PM ^
Completely forgot we played Maryland.
October 26th, 2023 at 12:23 AM ^
I'd recommend keeping post-it notes, but at the current rate things are going, those might be confiscated as evidence by the NCAA.
October 25th, 2023 at 10:47 PM ^
I'm thinking of going to. I'll be heading into DC that day for a concert, so hopefully it's the noon game.
October 25th, 2023 at 10:55 PM ^
Honestly I just hope we get to play a game. This stuff keeps getting worse
October 26th, 2023 at 12:12 AM ^
I think FOX might hesitate to pick this up as their Big Noon game since that would be 3 weeks in a row showing Michigan (didn't stop them with Colorado though). NBC would probably like it at night but I don't think we can play at night again in November since we get Purdue at night. That leaves the BTN noon window or the 3:30 time slots.
CBS would probably grab it for a noon time slot with Georgia/Tennessee likely their 3:30. Any network exec would love maybe the two best teams in the sport back to back late in the year.

Michigan was the FOX Big Noon game four times in a row last season. They love big names so I don't think three times in a row would be a factor.
NBC would probably like it at night but I don't think we can play at night again in November since we get Purdue at night.
Because it's the third week of November, both parties would have to agree to a night game, and I doubt Michigan would.
NittanyFan above said that CBS has no B1G inventory that week so based on the other matchups and network availability, I'm going to guess it's a Big Noon game on FOX.

Connor? Thoughts?
October 26th, 2023 at 7:56 AM ^
The ticket Stallions gave me said a 3:30pm kickoff.
October 26th, 2023 at 8:38 AM ^
There are three SEC on November 18th with noon kickoffs already set. Big Noon and / or Game Day could be at one of these - and, I know Georgia travels to Tennessee for a 3:30 kickoff.
Those three games:
- Chattanooga @ Alabama,
- Southern Miss @ Mississippi State, and
- Abilene Christian @ Texas A&M

Ah yes, the classic SEC West pre-rivalry game bodybag.
October 26th, 2023 at 9:23 AM ^
There are a few other really challenging matchups, but the kickoff times haven’t been confirmed.
- UL Monroe @ Ole Miss,
- Georgia State @ LSU,
- New Mexico State @ Auburn, and
- Florida International @ Arkansas
An absolutely incredible slate of games in the SEC.
The ticket prices for some of these are unbelievable - there are ten (10) games that weekend involving SEC teams - tickets are less than $10 / seat (plus fees) for six of them. You can get a UL Monroe vs Ole Miss ticket for $ 3.00.
That’s the SEC 8 game conference schedule in action. I guess it just means more…

Hope it's noon. That stadium is COLD in late November in the late afternoon/early evening.
October 27th, 2023 at 12:19 PM ^
Hoping it's as early as possible. I have to be in Detroit for the Lions the next day but I want to go to this. Flying from DC/BAL to Detroit after a noon kickoff will be incredibly tricky so I'll probably have to drive the 8+ hours so it can't be a night game.
