I wish the local Ann Arbor media would have conducted this survey for JV assistant coaches about 5 years ago so I could have given a shoutout to Rush, the greatest band of all time.

What's funny is that I'm one of the very few people I know who doesn't have a strong opinion about Rush (vaguely positive and they seem like cool guys but don't really seek them out to listen to)

However in my immediate circle of friends and acquaintances, some of the biggest Rush haters are men and some of the biggrst fans are women, which.... defies a stereotype or two LOL

Jim strikes me as the kind of guy who'd have Alanis play at his house and to ask her to tell him in confidence who "You Oughta Know" was really written about.

I've never heard of 8 of these musical artists. Of the ones I'm familiar with, the only one I'd go out of my way to listen to is Prince.

I don't believe for a second that Harbaugh listens to Alanis Morissette. He listens to college football fight songs and Gregorian chants.
