NFL Micah Parsons hilarious puck drop fail
A little fun for your Monday:
Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons is being honored by his hometown for winning Defensive Rookie of the Year and being a first-team All Pro. The Harrisburg, Pennsylvania native will receive the key to the city on Tuesday, and he got to drop the puck at the Hershey Bears AHL game this past Sunday.
Click through and watch. Someone forgot to tell him how this hockey tradition works!

Sorry: "Tuesday". Today felt like a Monday and this cheered my up. Saw it on Intentional Talk when they did the Got Heeeeem clip.
Never change, Micah!
“Parsons just dropped the puck to nobody in particular.” And looked very uncomfortable while doing so. All in good fun, but that was really awkwardly funny.
“It’s easy, just walk out there and drop the puck. Stay on the carpet so you don’t slip and fall.”
Saftey first! All other instructions are optional.
Shoulda worn the duster and the wig.
It's his way of telling us he doesn't watch a lot of hockey.
he also lost the key to the city, rough week for him.
That was absolutely hilarious. Thanks for sharing.
Obviously, you're not a golfer
LOLOLOLOL!!!
Thanks for the laugh. Would have also liked to see Micah drive the Zamboni.

Never leave things to chance.
Shame on the guy running the program. And Micah should be asking some questions about protocol.

This is the hockey equivalent of 50 Cent's first pitch.
He's clearly never watched a hockey game before. That would be a great checklist for every scholarship athlete - go see a meet/match/game of each varsity sport, at least once, over their Michigan career. Also it would be wonderful to include the arts organizations, like the different bands and stage groups. It might be an impossible goal, especially for in-season events. I wish I had done that while I was there.

- Someone demonstrates a lack of hockey knowledge.
- MGOBLOG erupts in laughter.
