Agree. I always took their coach’s comments this week as a way to have Michigan let its guard down. The coaching version of a little rope-a-dope. I fully expect the Illini to come out fired up and play like this is the league championship ... for about a half before our efficiency on both ends demoralizes them.

Underwood has been hedging his bets all week just in case Ayo couldn't play. Now with Ayo in the lineup maybe he is regretting a little bit of his angry diatribe which certainly made its way back to Michigan.

Just FYI but this is some random Barstool fool who is by no means credible. He was early on reporting Ayo's initial injury so maybe he has a connection, but on the whole he is seen as a wholly uncredible source. So don't take this as fact.

Definitely being sour. The only thing I know about the guy is that he is one of Illinois’ two best players (now informed that he’s their best), and that he was injured. Had no idea he was a three year starter or a NPOY finalist. So the additional info was appreciated.

Despite Barstool, I hope this is true.  Illinois needs to be fully manned for this one...  Underwood needs to regret his earlier drunken ramblings.
