Thank you
Anything with better quality?
The Internet has them. Try the Internet.
OP (who apparently hasn't heard of YouTube) might think it's still 1997.
Side note- I'd love to see what youtube would look like if you opened it in Netscape in 1997.
I honestly didn't think full games would be on YouTube.
Internet? Sounds like a fad to me, it'll never last...
Just do a search on AltaVista.
I hear AOL has CDs which offer the first 100 hours for free. FYI
Too busy playing Zork on my Commodore 64. Currently downloading a hacked version of Summer Games. Should be done by 11pm tonight.
Pray to the ghost of Fielding Yost
You don't have to pray to me, just send me naked pictures of your wife.
Wow, tough room.
That took me to an adult video site.
EDIT: Nevermind, Wrong tab
Was it really, though? After this century, video of a dominant M defense going undefeated and beating OSU might well inspire certain onanistic feats amongst many of us.
Counterpoint- the back half of that OSU game is, in fact, terrifying. Even knowing the outcome.
Between 1900-1936, Ohio State fans would have said the same thing about Michigan teams. May be the tide will turn in 2100s.
"May be the tide will turn in 2100s."
Will there even be football in 2100?
I think I have the whole season including the Rose Bowl on DVDs that I created from VHS. I will have to go through the inventory to confirm, but I am sure I have them somewhere.
Very slightly related, I heard an example (might have actually been Seth on the mgopodcast) talking about picking a random season that you have no memory of and watching it on youtube week by week as if it was real. For instance, so choose 2011 PAC-10, load up the videos and see what happens.
1997 was a pretty good season. Don't want to give any spoilers, but i think you will like it.
It's almost too good. You can basically skip everything after it
It’s weird that we haven’t been able to fully replace the advantages of VHS. It had both recordability and portability. DVD/Blu-Ray have only the latter and DVR only has the former. If you move or cut the cord, you lose the stuff you’ve DVR’d.
Sure, you can find a lot of old stuff on YouTube, but not everything. You’re at the mercy of someone else uploading what you want (or else you have to go to the trouble of uploading it yourself).

check out old Michigan Replays also. Not all of them are online yet. But some are. They need some one to work with the library on getting the rest uploaded. I watched the Michigan Replay from the first game I went to as a fan. 1987 vs. Wisconsin.
OP gave me a great idea if no football this fall. I'll recreate the 1997 schedule and poop my pants all over again during the first half of the Iowa game.
Heading into the 1997 season, I did not expect Michigan would go undefeated. I thought the defense looked good and that Carr may only lose 3 games instead of 4. So, I was surprised.
The funny thing for me that 1997 season, I was going on a Michigan bulletin board, and there was a posting after the first week of the season by a guy who went by preacher, who laid out an eerily accurate prediction of each game for the season, in a revival tent style that was well worth the read. And then as it played out, I want ed him to pick some stocks for me
I'd like a repeat.
