Maize-blue afternoon on CBS this afternoon (Sunday)
Just noticed that CBS will be running two replays of wonderful Michigan tournament games this afternoon (Channel 62 in Detroit). At 2 pm, they will run the 2017 Michigan-Wisconsin replay from the B1G tournament that M won. At 4:30, they will run the 2018 Michigan-Purdue replay which we also won. Those were the championship games each year. Relax, M fans, you can still see some terrific action albeit history.

My mistake: the second game starts at 4 pm.

DONT TELL ME TO RELAX! HOW CAN I RELAX IN A TIME LIKE THIS

That sounds exactly like the reason you should catch one or the other games -- do the best you can to deal with the circumstances, such as enjoying at least a few minutes while self-quarantining or just spending time with your family! These are extraordinary times. Hence your concern, of course.
Tell that to someone in Washington

I can watch old games at any time on utube! I'll probably spend my day working around the yard, getting the garden beds ready, looking for TP, and going for a run.

I was at that Wisconsin game in 2017 game with my daughter and a couple of her friends. In the lower part of the nose bleed section behind the goal.
looking forward to seeing it on TV. I wouldn’t mind watching the trophy presentation again. That was as good as the game.

Did you just tell us who won?!?!? Thanks a lot. LOL
CBS also replayed a Mich-MSU game yesterday afternoon. Had to look up the score first, and sure enough, it was one of the close losses. Didn't need to relive that. But these are worth having on in the background while sheltering in place.
(Yes, I first ventured out to get some food. Lovely day in NYC, streets not crowded but normal lines at West Side Market. Nobody coughed or sneezed at me, and I returned the favor. Cashier and I both wore disposable plastic gloves. All good.)
Frick, D.J. Carstensen is the official. Walton better not grab anyone's jersey after he gets fouled and falls to the ground.
I'll take it!
Wisconsin calls time out
This 17 team was exciting. Really came on at the end. This team was talented enough to win the entire thing. That loss against Oregon hurt in S16. Just didn’t close that game strong. Probably more talented than the 18 team who made finals.
Derrick Walton is going off. This is a great team. I forgot how good they were.
Maybe more talented, but the 18 team was way better on D.
That Xavier kid looks pretty good. I bet he's going to become Michigan's winningest player and lead the B1G in assists by the time he's done here. Also, don't sleep on that big guy on the bench.
Cool but stupid Lansing CBS station has a banner across the bottom blocking th score. I don't give a shit that the Lansing library is closed down.
Wait, they have a library?
He said Lansing - not EL
They fixed the banner so you can see the score now. All library branches are closed to April 6th. I haven't been in a library in at least a decade.
DWJ = MVP
Time out Wisconsin
Love Z for what he did. But, Hoping we can find another great Pg who can shoot like DWJ. Game changer.
The thing that sticks out to me on these teams is the pg who can shoot and drive and then having bigs who can step out and hit the three. Hopefully Dickinson and Todd can do it and Dejulius evolves into a Walton level pg. I'd like for Zeb to become a Rakhman level player, perhaps a little better
Most of the lineups in this game feature 5 guys that can all hit the 3. Really tough to defend that, and not something we’ve had since.
Ok, watching. What a fun tournament 2017 was after the plane accident.
But I see Simpson come in, feed DJ Wilson for a good bucket... and it hits home how awful it is that his career ends this way. He deserved better. I wanted to see more all-or-nothing games with this team. It’s such a blast, so sad it has to be this way.
Hail to the Victors!!
Just noticed that the 2020 game against Staee from Crisler is on Big Ten in 60 on BTN at 4:30.
When it was a thing, I had TVs with PIP.
Sigh...
Speaking of public health emergencies, whatever happened with the women suing Isaac Haas for knowingly infecting them with STDs?
Man Rahk was so smooth out there
I've noticed while watching this replay that Jon Teske used to put a little more height on his shot back then.
No question. As his shot became flatter and flatter, it became less accurate.
